The Solomon's knot is often called the lover's knot. But how do you crochet it? We'll show you!

First, pull the existing loop up to about 2 cm or your desired length.

Then hold the loop at the bottom with your thumb and middle finger, yarn over, and make a chain stitch.

It's important that you keep holding the loop firmly so the yarn you just pulled through for the chain stitch stays separate from the long, stretched first loop.

Now insert your hook between the two loops, which are still separate, and pull the yarn through.
