1. Why review?

Your feedback helps – in several ways:

• Transparency for everyone: Other users immediately see how satisfied you were.
• Motivation for authors: Praise and constructive criticism encourage new, high-quality patterns.
• Improve quality: Precise feedback shows where content or layout can be optimized.

Thank you for taking the time – your contribution helps everyone!

2. Find patterns to review

Here’s how to find all patterns still waiting for your feedback:

1. Log in: Sign in to your user account.
2. Click avatar: Tap your avatar at the top right.
3. Select “Reviews”: There you’ll see all purchased or free downloaded patterns you haven’t reviewed yet.

Alternative: Go via your avatar → Downloads. Directly above the “Download” button you’ll find the “Review item” link for each pattern.

3. Review patterns – step by step

1. Click “Write a review” on the desired pattern.
2. Select stars: 5 stars = very good, 1 star = poor.
3. Enter a title: Short and meaningful.
4. Describe your experience: What went great? What could be improved?
5. Click “Submit review” – done!

Tip (under “Downloads” or on the Downloads page): Next to the rating score you’ll see a small arrow. Use it to hide the pattern, mark it as done, or add your own note.

4. Edit a review later

Your opinion changed or you found a mistake?

1. Open the “Reviews” section again.
2. Find the relevant pattern.
3. Click “Edit review”.
4. Adjust stars, title or text and submit again.

5. Tips for a good review

Fair, honest, constructive and respectful – that’s how your feedback works best:

• Be specific: e.g. “More details on the color change in round 7 would be helpful.”
• Stay polite: Factual criticism instead of insults.
• Avoid generalities: Comments like “don’t like it” help no one.

This helps both the author and all future buyers.
