Double Treble Crochet
Like all forms of tall stitches, the double treble crochet (UK: triple treble) is one of the basics of crochet. With our instructions, the double treble crochet will be a breeze for you too. The difference compared to a standard treble crochet is that you don’t need 2, but 3 yarn overs on your hook.

To start, wrap the yarn around your hook 3 times, insert your hook into the stitch, yarn over, and pull up a loop. Then, yarn over again. In the next step, pull the yarn through the first two loops on your hook.
The photo illustrates this step really well.

Finally, keep yarning over and pulling through 2 loops on your hook at a time until only one loop remains.

And your double treble crochet is done!
