1. Open login form
Forgot your password? No problem – here’s how to start the reset:
- Open the login page of Crazypatterns.
- Or click “Log in” at the top or the user icon.
2. Select “Forgot password”
Below the login form you’ll find the link “Forgot password”. Tap or click it to access the recovery form.
3. Enter email address
Enter the email address you used to register at Crazypatterns and click “Send”.
Tip: Make sure you type it correctly – case sensitivity doesn’t matter.
4. Open confirmation email
- Open your inbox.
- Look for a message with the subject “Reset password”.
- Click the reset link in the email.
Note: Sometimes the email ends up in the spam or promotions folder.
5. Set new password
- The reset page of Crazypatterns will open.
- Choose a new secure password and re-enter it in the second field.
- Use the eye icon to check that both entries match.
- Click “Save changes”.
Done! Your password has now been updated.
6. Sign in with new password
Go back to the login page, enter your email and the new password – and you’re logged in again.
