1. Why top up credit?

With topped-up credit, you enjoy several advantages:

• 5% instant discount on every pattern, video, or course—in addition to all other discounts
• Convenient payment even for small amounts priced under €1
• Immediate access to your purchases (depending on the payment method)

2. How to top up credit

1. Log in to Crazypatterns (log in here) or register quickly.
2. Click your profile picture at the top right.
3. Select 'Credit' from the menu.

And you’re in the Top-Up area!

3. Payment methods

You can choose from the following secure and proven payment methods:

• PayPal (incl. Smart Buttons)
• Credit card (via Stripe or Braintree)
• Klarna Instant Transfer
• Bank Transfer / Prepayment

Tip: At any time in the credit area, click “How to Pay?”—there you’ll find useful details for each method.

4. Payment – step by step

1. Select a predefined amount or enter your desired amount.
2. Click “Deposit Amount.”
3. Choose your payment method.
4. Follow the further instructions on the screen (e.g., redirect to PayPal).

Good to know: You can cancel the process at any time and return to Crazypatterns.

5. Bank transfer – important notes

• After selection, you will see our IBAN, BIC, and payment reference.
• Write down the details—no additional email will be sent.
• Our IBAN starts with LV—Crazypatterns is based in Latvia.
• Make sure your account allows EU transfers.
• Enter the payment reference exactly so that we can quickly allocate your payment.

6. When is my credit available?

• PayPal, credit card, Klarna—credit is available immediately after completion of payment.
• Bank Transfer / Prepayment—credit is applied within up to 5 days.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the credit has been booked. You can check your current balance in your account at any time.
