Contact Author

Important: Direct contact via Crazypatterns is only available to registered customers.

1. Find contact link

1. In the author’s store – To the right of the avatar you will find the gray “Contact” link.
2. On the product page – Scroll down a bit; next to the avatar the “Contact” link also appears.

2. Write a message – step by step

1. Log in and click on the contact link – the recipient’s name is already filled in.
2. Clearly state the subject (e.g. “Understanding sentence on page 2”).
3. Describe the problem or question in detail – ideally include the link to the pattern, the relevant section, materials used, size, etc.
4. Attach screenshots/photos if helpful (button Attach images).
5. Click “Send message.”

3. Write directly from your inbox

1. Log in & open messages – Click on your avatar at the top right and select “Messages”.
2. Compose new message – Press the “Write” button.
3. Enter recipient – Type the author’s name in the “Recipient” field (check spelling).
4. Subject, message, attachments – as described in section 2.
5. Send – click “Send message.”

4. No reply? What to do

• Patience: Many designers work alone. Please wait at least 72 hours for a reply.
• Contact support: After three days without a response, our support team will be happy to help – have your order number ready to speed things up.
• Check spam folder: Sometimes the reply email ends up in spam.
• Avoid multiple messages: Sending several messages about the same topic delays processing.
