Crossed Treble Crochet Stitches
Crossed stitches can be made not only with double crochet, but also with treble crochet (UK: double treble). Here we’ll show you how to crochet them—the steps are very similar. A crossed treble crochet stitch is made up of 2 treble crochets that are worked crossing over each other—insert your hook from the front as usual.

Just like with a crossed stitch made with regular double crochet (UK: treble), first skip one stitch and then work a treble crochet into the next stitch.






Now go back to the stitch you skipped.

You need 2 yarn overs on your hook, then insert your hook into the skipped stitch from front to back, working behind the treble crochet you already made.

Now work a treble crochet, as shown below.
