2.3 Blog quality and compensation tiers
Crazypatterns assigns your blog to a compensation tier based on publicly visible signals such as topical fit, editorial quality, transparency and estimated monthly visitors.

| Creator | 100.00 EUR | Usually at least 2,000 monthly visitors |

Compensation depends on the tier assigned under section 2.3. It is a flat 50.00 EUR (Starter), 100.00 EUR (Creator) or 200.00 EUR (Pro) per accepted blog post. No more than one post per blog domain is compensated per calendar month.

Before the second installment is paid out, Crazypatterns may re-check the URL.
5.3 Loss of the second installment
If the post is no longer reachable at the later review date, has been materially changed or no longer meets the requirements of section 3, the second installment is forfeited without replacement.

The compensation is payable in accordance with these participation terms. Further payout processing follows the agreements linked in section 1.2.
6. After approval
6.1 Continued availability
The compensated post must remain publicly reachable at the submitted URL for at least 90 days after approval. Removal, inaccessibility or a material change during that period can lead to loss of the second installment and, after payout, to repayment claims.
6.2 Corrections and updates
Corrections of spelling or grammar issues, editorial improvements and factual updates that do not materially change the character of the post are permitted and expressly welcome.
6.3 No exclusivity
The post remains your property and stays on your domain. Crazypatterns does not acquire any right to use the text. After the review period, you may remove or change the post.

7.1 Exclusion
Crazypatterns reserves the right to exclude participants from the program in the event of violations of these participation terms, suspected manipulation or implausible information.
7.2 Repayment
If a compensated post later turns out not to meet these requirements, especially because of plagiarism, false statements, inadmissible domain structures, removal or inaccessibility after payout, Crazypatterns may reclaim compensation already paid.
