Tapestry is a wonderful technique—very easy to crochet, and you can create great motifs and images with it. Exactly how the crochet works is explained in great detail in each of my featured patterns.

Here are a few suggestions for cloths that you can use as cuddle cloths, washcloths, dishcloths, or potholders, depending on the yarn:
