Crochet Pattern Washcloth "Ella Unicorn"

Unicorns are magic! That’s why Ella Unicorn has very special skills – she can cuddle, comfort, make you laugh, clean smeared little faces, keep eyes dry… This cloth is a wonderful present for newborns, but older children find a loyal friend in Ella Unicorn, too!

For grown-up unicorn fans you can work the motif as dishcloth or potholders.

The cloth is worked in Tapestry Crochet. The pattern includes a very detailed basic course for the Tapestry Crochet Technique, which is quite easy to learn.

Required skills: good basic knowledge of crocheting (chain stitch, sling stitch, single crochet)

You will get three separate pdf documents:

• Crochet chart for the motif
• Tapestry Crochet basics course

With a gauge (crocheted with both colours) 25 stitches x 24 rows = approx. 10 x 10 cm, size of the finished cloth will be approx. 23 x 23 cm.

If the gauge is different, the size of the finished cloth will be different, too.

• Schachenmayr Baby Smiles Cotton Bamboo (156 m / 50 gr, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 class 1 certified), approx. 35 gr in pink (background colour) and approx. 20 gr in white (motif colour)
• Crochet hook 2,5 mm
• Sewing needle
• Scissors
