The great thing about the cold season is that you can finally wear woolly winter accessories again. Here comes a very special piece—if you like it extravagant and really cozy at the same time, then the “Lionheart” scarf is just right for you. It is knitted in double-face and, thanks to the double-layer knitting technique, keeps you extra warm. The motif with the majestic lion’s head is sure to attract quite a few admiring glances!

Even if you have never knitted double-face before, you can give this scarf a try; a free pattern for the basics is included. In that case, though, I recommend knitting a few smaller practice pieces first before you start on the scarf.
