Little velour outfits...

For my Mia—this afternoon I sewed these little outfits by hand, because with these tiny dolls (16 cm), you can’t really see what you’re sewing under the sewing machine foot anymore, so I made them by hand and sewed them by hand.

The little outfit looks very cozy. Sewing by hand must be a lot of work. 

I find sewing clothes for a 16-cm doll really difficult—everything is so small and delicate. You can only do it by hand, with a good pair of glasses (in my case) and a steady hand. Such tiny things require much more skill and fine motor control than larger ones. The Nicky outfit for your little doll turned out really well.<\/p>
