What would fall be without a pumpkin in your decor?



These pumpkins are quick and easy to crochet. Depending on the thickness of your yarn, the pumpkins will come in different sizes. 



You can use very fine yarn, or you can double or triple it up. The pattern uses single crochet, double crochet, half double crochet, and cluster stitches.

Pumpkin Baskets as Table Decor - for LED lights or filled with small treats

Crocheted from thin yarn, these little baskets are perfect—for example, at your fall coffee party—as a sweet guest favor at each place setting or as a holder for LED lights.
Crocheted from thicker yarn, you can use them as baskets or, with a glass bowl inside, as vases or for flower arrangements.

 

The crochet pattern includes several variations of pumpkin baskets:
- a reversible pattern, so you get two different designs
- versions with or without handles
- a lid is also included in the pattern
- plus vines and different leaves that you can sew onto the baskets however you like.

Fall is full of vibrant colors, but sometimes the days in fall are foggy and gloomy too. So why not bring those bright colors into your home!


You can crochet this colorful mini door wreath using leftover yarn. I used sock yarn with an autumnal color gradient for it. The wreath is decorated with crocheted leaves, mushrooms, and a small pumpkin. It has a diameter of just 12 cm and is perfect not only as a door decoration, but also for a window or wall.

For the autumn-themed egg cozies, I used some of the same gradient yarn as for the door wreath. This is a great way to use up small bits of leftover yarn. The egg cozies are decorated with crocheted leaves, acorns, and chestnuts.

A leaf-shaped shawl in fall colors: This pattern is also great for using up leftover yarn. However, I worked with a gradient yarn. The shawl is slightly longer in the back, so it also keeps your lower back warm.
