Leftover yarn is a wonderful thing! Everyone has some, and you don’t have to buy anything to make something new.
How about a beautiful and practical needlework bucket? You can make it in various sizes using inexpensive acrylic yarn. It has handy compartments on the outside for your tools. Your current needlework project goes in the bucket. That way, you always have everything together and can quickly move from A to B. Filled with yarn and a craft magazine, it would also make a perfect gift for a dear crafting friend.

Crochet Pattern: Cute Turtle with an “African Flower” Shell (Perfect for leftover yarn!)
Do you also have lots of leftover yarn at home just waiting to be used up? In this crochet pattern, I’ll show you how to whip up this super-cute turtle!
What makes it special: The shell is made using the well-known and beautiful “African Flower” motif, which is ideal for showcasing colorful yarn scraps. This makes every turtle a truly unique, one-of-a-kind creation.
The pattern is described step by step and richly illustrated, making it well suited even for ambitious beginners.

I have a lot of leftover yarn, and I used some of it to make a cardigan for myself—I still had one 100-gram skein left. So the little boy got something to wear; he’s about 27–28 cm tall.
Best regards, Regina

This gradient yarn is super soft, but it doesn’t unravel well. On my cardigan, the color gradient on the sleeves—meaning the colors are spaced evenly on both sleeves—is naturally synchronized, but I didn’t want to do that for the doll clothes; it would have wasted too much yarn, and this yarn 🧶 is simply too good to waste.
Kind regards, Regina
