Crochet Pattern Placemat "Paris"

Paris, the City of Love and beautiful buildings, is always worth a visit. As travelling sometimes isn’t possible, you can now bring Paris and the romantic mood into your home with this unique placemat.

This placemat is worked in the Tapestry Crochet Technique. This is quite easy, fun to do, and it is explained in detail in the pattern.

Required skills:

• Good basic knowledge of crocheting (chain stitch, sling stitch, single crochet, double crochet, treble crochet)
• Crochet with two colours (the technique is explained in detail in the pattern)

With a gauge 24 sts x 25 rows = 10 x 10 cm (4“ x 4“), size of the finished placemat is approx. 46 cm x 31 cm

Please note: If you have a different gauge, the size of the finished product will be different, too.

• Schachenmayr Organic Cotton (155 m / 50 gr), approx. 90 gr Silver (background colour) and 40 gr Blue (motif colour)
• Crochet hook 2,5 mm
• Sewing needle
