A spring flower meadow on your breakfast table!

These enchanting egg cozies will bring spring into your home! Snowdrops, tulips, bellflowers, and daffodils add colorful spring hues to your table, even when it’s still cold and dreary outside.
For the egg cozies, it’s best to use cotton with a yardage of 125 m/50 g (e.g., Catania by Schachenmayr). For one egg cozy, you’ll need about 20–30 g of the main color and a tiny leftover bit of green. So these egg cozies are perfect for using up scraps!
Let your breakfast table bloom too and crochet this beautiful table decoration!

Crochet Pattern - Schefflera Umbrella Tree

Indoor palms are very popular. They come in a wide variety of shapes and types.

Now you can crochet your own Schefflera umbrella tree. The Schefflera shown here in two versions is approx. 50 cm tall (without pot), is delicately made, and even up close is hardly distinguishable from a real plant.

The pattern leaves plenty of room for your own creations and can be adapted to your wishes and ideas.

The very detailed pattern shows in words, pictures, and a crochet chart how to crochet this beautiful Schefflera umbrella tree and is also suitable for beginners.

Materials:
  • “puppets Eldorado” crochet thread or comparable thread from other manufacturers, size 10, in light green, dark green, olive green, gradient yarn
  • 1.0 crochet hook
  • wrapping wire
  • floral wrapping wire
  • floral stem wire
  • 16 cm cachepot
  • Styrofoam or floral foam
  • some felt the size of the flowerpot

The Dalmatian bellflower, also known as the cushion bellflower, grows in a creeping, cushion-forming habit and reaches a height of only about 10 cm. It has limited longevity as a houseplant because it doesn’t tolerate heat well. However, this crocheted cushion flower is suitable for any weather and any location.

The flowers and leaves are quick to crochet, and assembling them leaves plenty of room for your own creative ideas.

Whether as a small flowerpot with long and short trailing stems, or as ground cover for planter bowls and arrangements, it’s a real highlight for your own flower display or as a gift.

The detailed pattern shows and explains how you can crochet your own cushion flower creation.
Also suitable for beginners.

Materials:
  • Crochet yarn, size 10 (purple / gradient yarn)
  • White
  • Dark green
  • Wrapping wire
  • Stem wire
  • Green crepe tape
  • Crochet hook - 1.0 mm
A pattern for a flower bowl is also included.

These matching wrist warmers are perfect for knitting with leftover yarn. They’re very easy to knit, even for beginners with basic skills.

What makes them special: You don’t need a set of double-pointed needles—they’re knitted in one straight piece. Finally, they’re sewn together invisibly along the sides using mattress stitch. The pattern includes all the steps and photos.

Baby’s First Cuddly Bear could also be the first bear you ever knit. That’s because it’s made entirely from straight pieces, making it perfect for beginners (with basic skills).

I knitted this little bear from leftover cotton yarn. When finished, it weighs just under 140 g.

Your child or grandchild will love it and won’t want to let it go.

Not just for Easter: Mathilda, the bow basket in four sizes!

Whether as a note box on your desk, an Easter basket, or a bread basket: Mathilda is an eye-catcher in every size. This playful fabric basket with bows is a clever storage basket and is also perfect for sewing beginners!

As materials, sturdy fabrics are suitable - I recommend SnapPap, cork, faux leather, or oilcloth. Fabric scraps are perfect for the small basket.

To make sewing easier, I also recommend using a bias tape maker! I have sewn the basket with and without one, and I would never want to do without it again. A tutorial for the bias tape maker is included!

Click here for the sewing instructions and sewing pattern:

Have fun sewing,

Something’s crawling! These little dragonflies are beautiful little splashes of color and are perfect, for example, as decorations for houseplants, as hanging decorations or mobiles, as bag charms, or even as very special stuffed animals. Once finished, they’ll measure a good 16 cm.

The pattern is 7 pages long, with plenty of pictures and detailed instructions. It also includes a few tips and tricks to help make your amigurumi extra beautiful. :-)

Now flutter off and get started

My new favorite craft project is making little crocheted pouches . You can pack all sorts of things inside them to give as gifts or use them to neatly store your own treasures. Even the Easter Bunny can build his nest in one:

Following the pattern, you can crochet the pouch in two sizes.

You have complete freedom when it comes to choosing yarn. You can use any yarn (whether lace or sock yarn) that works with a size 2 or 2.5 crochet hook. Feel free to check out my examples. Here’s a large pouch made from 60 g of colorful sock yarn:

After making the first and second little pouches, you’ll still want to make another one. And they’re soooo practical. So, grab your crochet hook—but first, check your yarn basket for some pretty leftover yarn.

Click here to go straight to the pattern.

Warm regards from Ina

Now you can bring spring into your home and also crochet up lots of colorful leftover yarn into something pretty. This colorful placemat with the egg cozies and scattered decorations gives you lots of ideas, and you'll have pretty Easter gifts ready in no time.

The pattern is super easy for beginners—with basic crochet skills—to understand, because it has no abbreviations and everything is explained well. The photos are mostly placed on pages that do not need to be printed.

High up in the north there are very special sheep... pincushion sheep. They stand on their little hills decorated with buttons, have adorned themselves with colorful pins, and whenever someone needs their help, they are quickly on hand. They make sure you always have a needle at hand.

Crochet your own sweet little pincushion sheep with their funny wooden spool feet. They are wonderfully useful for needlework and make a great gift, for example, for a sewing friend.
