Small cloths are a great way to use up leftover yarn - they knit up quickly and, depending on the yarn used, can be used as cuddle cloths, washcloths, dishcloths, or potholders. Small accessories are also wonderful leftover yarn projects. Here you’ll find a few suggestions from me for how you can conjure up great images from your leftover yarn. All the items shown are knitted in double knitting, so they look beautiful on both sides. A detailed pattern for the double knitting basics is always included.

You only need a few grams for these knitted baby mittens. This pattern is created with slipped stitches.

You can also find knitted baby shoes with the matching pattern in my shop. This model is knitted with a set of double-pointed needles.

Colorful leftover yarn can be knitted up here in colorful stripes. You can even make a matching look with the doll. These designs will be fun for you.

And here are a few more models that are knitted from leftover yarn.

This collar scarf was knitted from leftover sock yarn and can replace a scarf. It can also be worn very well as a collar under a sweater. Keeps your neck nice and warm.

My new leftover yarn project has just been posted here. It’s a cozy loop scarf that can be knitted from any type of yarn.
