Double Knitting Pattern Dishcloth / Washcloth "Love Birds"

Don`t the two Love Birds look absolutely happy and oblivious to the troubles of the world? I think the loving atmosphere around these two is contagious

Right from birth the cloth can be used as cuddle towel or comforter. For older children it is a super soft washing cloth. If you use pure cotton yarn you can make pot holders.

This cloth is knitted in the Double Knitting Technique. Thus, it looks beautiful on both sides.

With a gauge 27 sts x 40 rows = 10 x 10 cm (4“ x 4“), size of the finished cloth is approx. 23 cm x 23 cm
