This hat is knitted in the Double Knitting Technique. Thus, it is extra soft and warm, and it looks good on both sides.

Phildar Caresse (Running length 146 m / 50 gr), Rose and Grey resp. Yellow and Grey (gauge is 23 stitches / 36 rows = 10 x 10 cm)
size 0-1 months: approx. 20 gr per colour
size 4-8 years: approx. 40 gr per colour
size 10-12 years: approx. 50 gr per colour
Alternatively you can use Lang Yarns Merino 150 or any yarn with similar (or longer) running length; please try your gauge and adjust number of stitches if necessary
3 mm (US 3) 40 / 50 or 60 cm circular needle (depending on hat size)
3 mm (US 3) double pointed needles

Danke für Deine Rückmeldung. Es tut mir sehr leid, dass Dir das Stricken der niedlichen Mütze nicht so gut gelungen ist.
Deine 2-Sterne Bewertung finde ich allerdings sehr schade. In meiner Grössentabelle sind natürlich nur ca. Angaben, die dem Durchschnitt entsprechen. In der Anleitung steht ja explizit geschrieben, dass unsere Köpfe alle sehr unterschiedlich sind bzw. unterschiedlich wachsen und Du am besten den Kopfumfang sowie die erforderliche Höhe vorab misst. Wenn die Mütze zu klein geworden ist, dann hast Du eventuell keine Maschenprobe gemacht und dadurch einfach zu wenig Maschen angeschlagen?
Vielleicht magst Du es ja nochmal probieren mit der passenden Maschenzahl. Wenn Du dazu Hilfe brauchst, darfst Du mich gerne anschreiben - hier bei CP über die Nachrichtenfunktion oder an meine Mail-Adresse (steht in der Anleitung).

Dieses wunderschöne Tuch ist recht groß und aufwendig, aber es lohnt sich. Besonders gefallen haben mir die Angaben, wie man ein kurzes, mittleres und langes Tuch arbeiten kann. Die Angaben zum jeweiligen Verbrauch passen exakt! Vielen Dank dafür!

Da ich bisher eher gehäkelt und noch nicht so viel gestrickt habe, habe ich diese Anleitung genutzt, um zu schauen, ob ich mit den zwei Fäden beim Doubleface zurecht komme und es ging super. Sehr schön erklärt, vielen Dank
