Hat DANTE, knitting pattern in 6 sizes (kids, women, men)

Tweed is back, and better than ever! I absolutely love this georgous wool with it's little colourful sprinkles. When I designed my hats, I just couldn't stop knitting, and now I can show you a sumptious range of colour ways and sizes. The hat is partly knit sideways, partly in the round, it has pipe bands and a rolled hem, so it will keep you interested. Still, it's a quick knit and makes great christmas gifts!
The colour range of the original yarn gives you the possibility to create colourful kids hats and more subtle adult hats alike. Well, my hubby likes colours a lot, as you can see – the red and blue combination was his choice ;-)

The pattern has step-by-step-instructions with photos whisch makes it easy to follow for the seasoned knitters as well as for the newbies who want to test their skills on something more elaborate. Please mind that the pipes are a bit fiddly.
Additionally you find useful tipps how to make a lining from upcycled T-shirts and step-by-step instruction with pictures for piping, 3-needle bind-off and other techniques you will need. The basic knitting techniques are not included!

Included are patterns for hats in six sizes, ranging from kid‘s to men‘s size, without earflaps.
Additionally you find instruction for decently sized ear flaps for all sizes.

• Colour 1: 40 g to 50 g
• Colour 2: 25 to 30 g,
• Pipe band colour: 15 to 20 g
• Pompom: 15 to 20 g
  The yarn is really nice and so are the colours, but unfortunately, most of the pictures at commodum.ie and Ebay do not show the real thing. You might use my colours on this page as a guidance. Actually, the pictures on page 4 are not 100% true either, especially the blues (in reallity, they are more on the turquoise/petrol side) and the wine red (it looks a bit too bright on page 4).
