Live – Love – Laugh“ – this makes life just a tiny bit easier. This positive attitude to life works for me, and I want to transfer it to my two children, too. So I designed this little cloth for my older daughter. She loves it! And uses it as a soft face washcloth.

Of course the motif is also perfect for a dishcloth or for potholders. With thicker yarn you can even make a pillowcase. No matter what you create, hopefully the saying together with the butterflies will bring joy into your home!

This cloth is knitted in the Double Knitting Technique. There are two different versions included:

1. classic double knitting – the font will appear mirrored on one side
2. advanced double knitting – the font will appear corrrectly on both sides

With a gauge 27 sts x 40 rows = 10 x 10 cm, size of the finished cloth is approx. 21,5 cm x 21,5 cm
With a gauge 22 sts x 34 rows = 10 x 10 cm, size of the finished cloth is approx. 24 cm x 24 cm
With a gauge 19 sts x 27 rows = 10 x 10 cm, size of the finisehd cloth is approx. 28 cm x 28 cm

• yarn suggestion for a face cloth: Schachenmayr Baby Smiles Cotton Bamboo 156 m / 50 gr (OEKO-TEX Standard 100 class 1 certified), approx. 20-25 gr pink and approx. 25-30 gr white
• yarn suggestion for a dishcloth or small potholders: Schachenmayr Catania 125 m / 50 gr, approx. 25-30 gr pink and approx. 30-35 gr white for one dishcloth / potholder
• yarn suggestion for large potholders: Lang Yarns Tissa 80 m / 50 gr, approx. 40-50 gr pink and approx. 50-60 gr white for one potholder
• 2,5 mm (US 1 or 2) knitting needle (or needle size according to yarn)
