The headband „Wintersun“ is a beautiful accessoire, especially for a grey winter day. The bright Yellow and the sunny motive lift your mood instantly. And of course it keeps your ears comfy and warm.

I designed this accessoire for myself and according to my personal taste, and thus am happy if you like it, too

This headband is knitted in the Double Knitting Technique. Thus, it is extra soft and warm, and it can be worn on both sides.

Size of the headband shown: approx. 48,5 cm / 10 cm ; the knitted fabric is very elastic, so it fits for a head circumference of 53 – 55 cm.

The size is easily adjusted.

• Phildar Caresse (LL 146 m / 50 gr) approx. 25-30 gr bright Yellow and 25-30 gr Black

Alternatively you can use Lang Yarns Merino 150 or any yarn with similar yarn weight (fine / sport). If you get a different gauge, you will have to adjust the number of stitches. Choose two colours with high contrast

• 2,5 mm (US 2) 50 cm or 60 cm circular needle
• 2,5 mm (US ), or 3 mm (US 3) circular needle, at least 60 cm long
