Decorative lanterns can be made with the help of this pattern. You can use any yarn and glass container of your choice, and the pattern can easily be adapted to different sizes.

   Crochet-covered lanterns

If you would like to pour the candles for them yourself, this pattern also includes the instructions for candle making.

You can use various leftover yarn to crochet key lanyards - and of course you are free to choose your own color combination, so you can crochet them as a small gift for both women and men.

All patterns include many detailed photos and are therefore suitable for ambitious beginners who know the basic stitches (chain stitches, slip stitches, magic ring, crocheting in continuous spiral rounds, single crochet, half double crochet).

Have fun crocheting!

What toddler wouldn’t love a bag that fits their own balance bike, tricycle, or Puky perfectly? Here comes that bag, and you can easily crochet it yourself. There will be lots of joy when you give it as a gift.

The little ones are sure to know exactly how they want to use a bag like this. They can take treasures along on the go, or their favorite cuddly toy can ride along in the future.

Recommended for experienced crocheters.

A shoulder bag is fun too. It can be worn, for example, on the way to kindergarten or on walks. Here you can even adjust the straps to different lengths, so the bag can grow with the child for a while.

This pillowcase looks different on both sides and is perfect for snuggling. It’s easy to knit if you have some knitting experience. You can also adjust the size by changing the yarn weight.

Plastic on your ears? No thanks! My husband came up with the idea for these very comfortable crocheted ear pads for his headphones. And I crocheted some for myself right away. They feel really cozy.

Easy to crochet — two different standard sizes are described.

These ladybugs brighten up any kitchen. They look cute and are ready for hot pots. I use them every day, and I’m glad I have them.

The two oven mitts are very easy and quick to finish crocheting and are also perfect for beginners with basic knowledge.

Here are decorative covers for tissues, both of which are easy to crochet. And they always make a great gift, too.

The large cardboard boxes can hide under this cover and be placed in any room, always in matching colors. Leftover yarn works very well here.

And this one fits 10 Tempo tissues. By now we fold them ourselves and take them from the large box. That way we save a lot of plastic.

The small pouch is explained in several variations, and it’s fun to crochet. Lots of leftover yarn can be put to pretty good use here. By the way, it’s a lovely idea for a Valentine’s gift, because you can also hide a voucher in this pouch, for example.

Crochet projects for the bathroom that are both useful and decorative:

This cover for tissue boxes in a nautical design can be crocheted to fit any size. It’s definitely an eye-catcher in the bathroom and much more decorative than the usual paper boxes.
Depending on the size of the box, you’ll need about
  • approx. 55 g of cotton yarn (approx. 115 m/50 g, e.g., Rico Cotton Print) in turquoise
  • a scrap of mint-colored cotton yarn (e.g., Schachenmayr Catania)
  • a scrap of pastel-colored cotton yarn
  • 3.0 mm crochet hook
  • 2.5 mm crochet hook
You can download the crochet pattern for the tissue box here!

The Wolli cotton ball dispenser is an original idea for an Easter gift! The bunny is filled with cotton balls through a zipper opening at the neck, which can then be pulled out from the back.
Crochet Wolli in a color that matches your bathroom decor!
You’ll need:
  • 100 g of cotton yarn, 63 m/50 g (e.g., Catania Grande), shown here in mint
  • 3.0 mm crochet hook
  • Craft stuffing
  • 1 pair of safety eyes, approx. 12 mm in diameter
  • 1 12-cm zipper
  • 1 thick wool needle for weaving in ends and sewing the pieces together
  • 1 pointed sewing needle
  • Sewing thread
  • Pink embroidery floss
  • Thick thread for the whiskers

This little guardian angel is a very decorative night light for children who don't like falling asleep in the dark. The crocheted angel is placed over an LED lamp that can be controlled with a remote and gives off a soft light. I chose an LED lamp with color change, so you can set the color however you like and to match your mood.

I used the following materials for the angel:
  • approx. 15 g Catania cotton yarn by Schachenmayr (yardage 125 m/50 g, color soft apricot)
  • approx. 15 g Catania glamour cotton yarn by Schachenmayr (yardage 125 m/50 g, color cream)
  • approx. 10 g Primo doll hair yarn by Woll Butt (yardage 50 m/50 g, color natural)
  • approx. 10 g size 5 filet crochet thread (yardage 400 m/100 g, color natural)
  • leftover Glitter by Gründl (yardage 110 m/25 g, color silver)
  • leftover Creative Bubble by Rico (yardage 90 m/50 g, color silver)
  • stuffing
  • crochet hook, 2.5 mm
  • crochet hook 3.0 mm
  • crochet hook 4.0 mm
  • 1 sheet of white translucent paper, DIN A4
  • glue
  • 1 (underwater) LED light (Itian) with color change and remote control
It will be about 20 cm tall.

A little gem on the Easter breakfast table is a crocheted basket for Easter eggs. A timeless pattern that looks the same on the front and back, reminiscent of flowers or stars. The little beads can also be sewn on.

This holder may look complicated, but it really isn’t! And it’s also an original way to arrange your breakfast eggs.

This egg holder is made from photo cardstock, measures approx. 20 x 10 cm, and is very easy to make. You can replace the small flowers made from photo cardstock with ready-made flowers, or use patterned craft paper of a similar thickness to photo cardstock for the holder right from the start.
