Der alte Geburtstagskalender wird nicht mehr aktualisiert.
Alle Geburtstage werden in meiner Datei abgespeichert. 
Auch wenn Ihr nicht in dieser Übersicht aufgeführt seid, seid Ihr dennoch in der Datei vorhanden. 




Da sich sehr viele Geburtstage angesammelt haben, habe ich nun eine Übersicht im Word. Die Übersicht hier hier im Thread wird nicht mehr aktualisiert. Ihr steht aber trotzdem im Word.
Ihr könnt euch natürlich noch eintragen, wenn Ihr das noch nicht getan habt. 


Nutzer-Geburtstag: Wenn ich einen Anhaltspunkt habe, was der betreffende Nutzer gerne handarbeitet, kann ich passende gratis
Anleitungen heraussuchen. Daher bitte Stichworte aufschreiben. Ohne
Anhaltspunkt rate ich und suche einfach schöne gratis Anleitungen heraus.

Autoren-Geburtstag: Jeder Autor erhält zum Geburtstag etwas extra Werbung und die Anleitung
des Autors, die am besten verkauft, wird im Geburtstagsthread
vorgestellt.

Liebe Nutzer, liebe Autoren,
das Forum ist erfreulicherweise sehr gewachsen und da könnte man mal versuchen, ob eine Geburtstagsliste laufen würde.

Wer mag, kann seinen Geburtstag angeben, es wird sich dann ein freundlicher Mod oder ein freundlicher Nutzer/Autor finden, der einen Geburtstagsthread fürs jeweilige Geburtstagskind aufmacht.

Meine Leidenschaften sind gutes Essen kochen, leckere Kuchen backen
(z.B. Mohnmarzipantorte ) und dann natürlich die Handarbeit, z.B. häkeln,

Ich bin ein echtes Ruhrpottkind, das gerne die Welt bereist und sich so durch die Küchen der Welt probiert.
Schokolade ist und bleibt aber meine Schwäche... und Whiskey.

Ich bin am 27.01. 1946 geboren, also ein Oldie unter den Handarbeitsdamen, aber ich gehöre nicht zum alten Eisen. Ich bin auch
mehrfach angesteckt. Ich kann sticken, stricken, häkeln und Occhi.
Hardanger arbeiten liegen mir genauso wie die dänischen Stickereien.
Kunstricken und Richelieu behersche ich auch.. Das Basteln gehört ebenso
zu meinenen Leidenschaften wir Kochen und backen. Das Schlimme ist nur,
mir fehlen mehr Hände und der Tag ist zu kurz. Da ich im Krankenhaus
als Nachteule viele Jahre gearbeitet habe, sitze ich auch häufig  nachts
zum arbeiten. Ich habe noch so viele Muster, die ich arbeiten möchte
und immer wieder kommen neue hinzu. Ich glaube ich muß 100 Jahre alt
werden und behalte hoffentlich meine Sinne, und einigermaßen den guten
Blick. Danke für alle Anleitungen, die mich nicht auf dumme Gedanken
kommen lassen.

Am liebsten häkel ich, wenn es dicke Wolle ist wird auch mal gestrickt.
Wenn mir zu Hause alle(s ) aufn Kecks geht,  pack ich schon  mal die
Nähmaschine aus, suche mir etwas einfaches mit langer Naht und dann
gehts vollgas los. 
Mein Lieblingskuchen seit 30 Jahren ist die Schwarzwälder Kirsch. 
Spätzle mit Hackfleischsoße kann ich auch nicht aufhören. 
Euch allen einen Guten Rutsch ins Jahr 2018.

my name is Sylvia and I was born with my twin sister on 05/20/1965.
I’m the happy mother of a son and a grandson,
and in July I’ll be the overjoyed grandma of a second grandson.

I really enjoy knitting. My favorites are lace patterns that can be a bit
more complicated, but at the moment it’s more patterns made from
purl and knit stitches. As soon as I know whether I’m getting a grandson or a
granddaughter, I’d like to knit the little sparrow a beautiful
cuddly blanket. Unfortunately I’m still missing a nice pattern. I’ve
also thought about using several patterns in one blanket.
Well, let’s see what other beautiful things I find here.

Ich stricke besser und schneller als ich häkle ; )

 Meine Häkelversuche landen meist ganz schnell bei meiner "Nichte", die mir unter anderem schon eine "Tunika feel free" gemacht hat und ich liebe sie (meine "Nichte" UND die Tunika ) 

Momentan ist mir jedoch zu heiß zum Handarbeiten, daher gustiere ich
mit/unter den Anleitungen .... habe schon viele gekauft und noch mehr
vorgemerkt ....

für mich bzw. meine Enkerln und die !Nichte", jedoch stricke ich auch
Kindersachen für div. Kinderaktionen zu Weihnachten und auch Hauben und
Schals für Obdachlose (und werde hierbei auch tatkräftig unterstützt!!! )

Ich backe auch sehr gerne .... und esse auch fast alles, was ich nicht selbst kochen muss ^^

My favorite thing to eat is a proper schnitzel with fries, and with coffee, a rum ball. 
They’re not known everywhere; here in Lower Saxony you can get them at the bakery, made from “cake leftovers.”

I’d rather have something savory. Turkey strips with croquettes or turkey cutlets in all kinds of variations. :-)

Hey there... my birthday is March 28 - I was born in 1981

I’m not a big cake eater either ... but on my birthday itself and on the children’s birthdays, these are the ones we have:

- Streusel cake
- Cherry streusel cake
- Marzipan cake
- Lemonade bars

It’s also a tradition in our family to have the birthday child’s favorite meal on their birthday.

My favorite meal is savory steamed dumplings with chicken and a cream-and-paprika sauce, all homemade and seasoned according to my great-great-great-grandmother’s recipe

This dish is served ONLY on my birthday and on Christmas Day

My daughter’s birthday meal is schnitzel casserole with potato gratin, also based on a family recipe from my great-great-great-grandmother, and it’s only served on Melina’s birthday and on the second day of Christmas

My son is still a little too young to have a special meal, so we usually have fries with breaded schnitzel or meatballs, but we still make it something special: we cut the fries ourselves, and the schnitzel or meatballs are shaped into fun forms - either animals, hearts, or other shapes

For my husband, we make homemade sushi. My aunt, who comes from Asia, showed me the recipe and how to make it, and that way you learn a few tricks so the sushi looks fantastic and tastes great.
We only make sushi on that scale for my husband’s birthday and at Easter. Of course, we also make a smaller version now and then during the year. But the big sushi buffet, so to speak, is something special and only happens on the days mentioned above.

Otherwise, it’s also a tradition in our family to celebrate name days. That’s another special day for us, when there’s also a little something.

I like to eat everything—whether sweet or savory.

It’s just that cooking and baking aren’t really my thing.
My mom is a chef, and my sister is a pastry chef.
Otherwise, my mother-in-law does the cooking at home. She says she wouldn’t have anything else to do otherwise (she’s turning 80 this year, and I really admire her for her strong will).

When I do cook, it’s with the kids. But it always turns out well, and everyone enjoys it—it must be in my genes.....

Do you actually believe in zodiac signs, astrology, and so on?

So to a certain extent, I do believe that certain traits of the zodiac signs apply to people. 
For example, I’m a “typical” Cancer and a pretty “typical” Virgo, which is my ascendant.

Some people have traits or tendencies that make you think, “That could be typical of zodiac sign XY,” and most of the time it actually fits.

I’m stubborn and often want to bang my head against a wall—typical Aries traits.

I find the Chinese zodiac signs almost even more fascinating. I’m a typical (Chinese) Rabbit—but I’ve also picked up some interesting traits from being an Aries with Taurus rising.

Nah, I don’t like those. I was born in the Year of the Rat. I’d rather be a Cancer. ;-))))

My favorite cakes: Kalte Schnauze (also called Kalter Hund). For anyone who doesn’t know it: it’s layers of butter cookies and chocolate. Totally delicious, perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth ;) And I also really like cheesecake.

If it can be something heartier, I’d be happy with fried potatoes, breaded chicken with a side salad.

Luckily it’s almost lunchtime :D

Great — with so many days in the year, there’s bound to be someone who celebrates their birthday on the same day as me..... — except that you’re not much older than my eldest daughter (she was born in 1989).

I just read the thread here, and I think it’s a great idea.
All these favorite foods mentioned here are making me hungry. I actually like everything sweet, as well as savory foods. The only thing I don’t like is seafood.
My favorite cake is, of course, a strawberry sponge cake with whipped cream. Here in Norway, we also have the famous “Kransekake”—it’s delicious. It’s a kind of piped cookie, but instead of the usual shapes, you pipe a series of rings onto the baking sheet (from large to small). These 12–14 rings are stacked on top of each other like a little tower; we often eat it at Christmas and on May 17 (our national holiday).
My favorite foods: sweet-and-sour eggs with homemade mashed potatoes (a sweet-and-sour sauce with rendered diced ham, mustard, and honey—you fry the beaten egg in the sauce), schnitzel with fries or croquettes, spaghetti Bolognese, homemade lasagna—mm, delicious... and of course, I’m a chocoholic

December 17, 1979—since I grew up in Italy, I think that influenced my eating habits :-) So, pasta and the like

July 18, 1954. I can’t resist a good rump steak with baked potatoes wrapped in foil. I know at least 20 cheesecake recipes. I love them all. For plum cake fans, here’s a tip: Pit the plums, cut them open, and pre-freeze them on an aluminum tray sprinkled with sugar. Then transfer them to a bag. Place the frozen plums on the yeast dough and bake as usual. It smells great and tastes great! We even have plum cake in December. My father-in-law was always crazy about it, especially in winter. You can also find frozen plums in bags at real. They’re great, too.
