I’d like to introduce you to the pattern Hypnotic Shawl".
A beautiful shawl with very varied patterns, so the crochet experience stays exciting.

You have the option to make it even larger; everything is explained in detail.

You can expect lots of explanations, crochet charts, and detailed photos that make crocheting a real experience.

Click here and you’ll go directly to the pattern:

Material: (In this example, 4-ply gradient yarn was used)

  • Amount needed without enlargement = 1350 m - dimensions approx. 1.90 m x 0.85 m
  • Amount needed with enlargement = 1650 m - dimensions approx. 2.15 m x 0.95 m
  • Crochet hook suitable for the yarn (example here = size 3.5)
  • I also recommend 1 stitch marker to mark the center of the shawl

My suggestion is the shawl Dear Charlotte

Knit stitches and short rows help create the beautiful shawl shape.

With the original yarn, you get a comfortable summer companion.

This beautiful shawl is called "Dreamland".
The pattern includes a separate crochet chart for each of the 6 patterns, explanations, and lots of detailed photos.

Click here and you’ll go directly to the pattern:

The amount of material needed depends on the shawl size, yarn weight, hook size, and crochet style:
  • Here in the pattern example: 1260 m / 4-ply yarn
  • Crochet hook suitable for the yarn (here size 3.5)
  • See photos for more examples

The great thing about triangular shawls: They can be made as large as you like.

Ice Princess is for everyone who loves a romantic look.

For the 155 x 68 cm shawl, you will need 200 g of 4-ply yarn (50% cotton, 50% polyacrylic).

The PDF file consists of two pages of step-by-step instructions and photos.
The difficulty level is intermediate.

Minto is for those who prefer something more simple.

The triangular shawl shown is 160 x 96 cm and easy to make.

For this, you will need 250 g of 4-ply yarn (50% cotton, 50% polyacrylic).

The one-page PDF file consists of step-by-step instructions.

The “Autumn Leaf” shawl is a perfect fit for fall, both in shape and color. It’s ideal for anyone who wants to stay especially warm around the back, since it’s cut slightly longer in the back.

The Jaya triangular shawl is light and airy, making it ideal for a summer wardrobe. You can find the pattern, in which I explain hairpin lace crochet, in my store Blickfang-Design.

A triangular shawl that can also be worn like a poncho—that’s something special. With its pink waves and pretty lace pattern, it’s a real eye-catcher. Ideal for cool summer evenings and walks on the beach.

With this pattern, you can knit a scarf, a stole, or a cowl—just as you like. The pretty lace pattern can even be extended in any direction.

You can pull this wonderfully cozy shoulder warmer over a strappy dress on a summer evening. And when the cooler days await us in fall, the beautiful Celtic sun will keep you extra warm.

The shoulder warmer is knitted in double-face. This makes both sides smooth stockinette, wonderfully soft, and of course you can wear the shoulder warmer on either side, depending on which main color you feel like wearing at the moment.

You can never have enough shawls. There are so many different qualities—some cooler, some warmer—so many colors—the right one to combine with every garment—so many shapes. Some make you look slimmer, while you simply wrap others around your neck or shoulders. The variety is huge. To make your choice even harder, here are 3 suggestions from me as well. I hope you enjoy looking at them and making them.

Warm regards from Ina

Elegant triangular shawl

This is sooo elegant. It is knitted from flatteringly soft cashmere wool with a silk content. It rests like a breath on the skin or clothing. It has a beaded border that you can make as wide as you like. The beaded pattern consists of 2 rows that repeat over and over.

Another special feature of the shawl is its shape. The pointed triangular shape creates a slimming look, and the front ends are long enough to tie in a knot at the front.

Scarf with beaded lace

Here I knitted with the same yarn—and the beaded edge is the same too—only the shape is different here. This is not a triangular shawl, but a scarf or stole. You can wear it elegantly over a dress or wrapped as a scarf.

Lace shawl for beginners

This is also a particularly beautiful scarf or stole with an eye-catching effect. The lovely pattern is really shown off beautifully by the gradient yarn. You can wear it open as a stole or wrapped for everyday wear. The pattern consists of only 2 pattern rows that repeat over and over, hence “Lace shawl for beginners.”

You can drape the shawls over your shoulders on a cool evening. They can make you look quite elegant.

Knitting pattern for a large shawl / stole — soft yarn and an openwork pattern create a beautiful shawl.

Knitted from soft, fine yarn, this shawl also makes a great gift for a new baby. Mother and child can snuggle up in it during restless nights until sleep comes.

Hello everyone,

Take a moment to check out my Facilissimo shawl—it’s perfect for knitting on the side while chatting or watching a movie. All you need is one skein (100g) of 4-ply yarn and some matching lace yarn (max. 50g). For my shawl, I used a skein of hand-dyed yarn and combined it with solid-color lace yarn.

Or you can get a head start on preparing for cool fall evenings by knitting the SYMMO!
The SYMMO is a wide, rectangular scarf that keeps you warm. It has a unique look because it’s symmetrical. Lace and cable modules create a one-of-a-kind scarf with a beautiful texture.

Have a wonderful, creative weekend, everyone!

Hello, everyone!

You might want to take a look at my shop. Among other things, there’s an airy patterned shawl called “Katoa
Katoa – Triangle Shawl

Whether in black, cheerful “multicolor” or pastel shades, the shawl always looks beautiful thanks to its coordinated patterns.

Like all Funny Hooks patterns, the pattern for Katoa consists of a detailed written section as well as a computer-generated, easy-to-read crochet chart and photos.

Katoa can be made with as little as 1000 m of yarn, but I recommend using 1250 m instead.
Size guidelines:
For the solid-color version in black, I used approx. 1050 m of 3-ply 50/50 cotton/polyacrylic yarn from Rennratterls bunte Wollwunderwelt with a size 3 hook. This resulted in a size of 172 x 83 cm (unstretched).

The colorful version was crocheted using 1250 m of 3-ply yarn from Bobbel Hexe Sonja and, with the same hook size, resulted in a size of 200 cm x 85 cm (unstretched).

You can find more shawls, stoles, etc. in my shop:

Best wishes from Vienna
Daniela
