Boys and men also love hand-knit accessories—as long as the design is suitably masculine ;-) Here are three suggestions from me that will also delight cool boys and real men. All of them are knitted in double-face, which gives you two beautiful sides. The double-face basics are explained in detail.

Felted shoes with a roll-top cuff
Yes, men like warm feet too. You can make the felted boots in all sizes and in any colors/color combinations you like.



Cowl
Yes, men like to be fashionable too. But a scarf or cowl has to suit them. Ideally in dark colors and soft, machine-washable wool.



Timeless baby blanket made from merino wool
For the very, very little men, it should be especially warm, soft, and cuddly. You can’t go wrong with a baby blanket. If you knit it larger, the child can also use it later as a play blanket.

This vest with a cable pattern is sure to appeal to most men. It’s timeless and suits almost any occasion. A very practical garment for the transitional seasons. The measurements in the pattern are for size 48/50.

The hat comes with a matching cowl that can’t slip out of place. Very practical and keeps you nice and warm. Easy to knit.

I knitted this hat for my grandson and his grandpa. The simple pattern of knit and purl stitches is easy to knit.

The most popular designs from my shop for big boys and real men:



The WESTSIDE LOOP is just the thing for all outdoor enthusiasts! With its cool look, it’s a sporty all-rounder for snowboarders, sledders, sailors, cyclists, long- and short-distance hikers... It knits up really quickly because it isn’t too bulky. A half-brioche pattern is edged with double ribbing, and a drawstring for width adjustment makes sure the wind doesn’t get in!

The WESTSIDE SOCKS are also extremely popular among men! A wavy band winds its way along the leg, over the heel, and down to the toe. By the way, the “Strong Heel” is surprisingly easy to knit, and little color accents add another lovely finishing touch to these great men’s socks!

And last but not least: the ever-popular Boyfriend Loop—the loop scarf for men with the classic basketweave pattern! Just the thing for cuddly bears! Not hard to knit, since you only need knit and purl stitches here!

The “Good Vibration” scarf is perfect for men.
Thanks to the simple slipped-stitch patterns and striped patterns, it’s neither boring nor
too flashy.
Since it only requires 2 x 100g of yarn with a yardage of 320m per 100g, it knits up quickly.

My men’s scarf, Eifelyak, is a really cozy option for men since it’s knitted from yak wool. Of course, it can be knitted with any yarn that has a yardage of 200m per 100g.
