Crochet pattern for a balloon cover - you’ll crochet individual granny squares, and when sewing them together, leave a hidden opening for changing the balloon.

And here is another very popular and useful "toy" that you can crochet. The guardian bear or guardian owl is hung on the children's room door. That way, a child can signal that they don't want any visitors (especially their parents) for a change. ;-)
Both guardians are very easy to crochet from leftovers and psst... they can even be used for the home office.

This reversible hat featuring a cheeky little mouse is a cute accessory for dolls. And maybe the doll’s mom would like one in the right size, too :-) The hat is knitted using the double-face technique, so it looks beautiful from both sides.

A train to cuddle: The crocheted train is especially suitable for small children who can’t play with an electric train yet. But this train also looks great as a decorative piece for big train fans. Small dolls can also ride along in the wagons, which are coupled together with hook-and-loop fasteners.

For all children who love to romp around, Violetta the unicorn is the ideal toy. Since Violetta is wonderfully soft and cuddly (even the “stick” is soft, because it isn’t made of wood but from a pool noodle), you can ride her indoors too, and in the evening she can even come along to bed for cuddling!

And you can crochet something for the play kitchen and shop, too. The individual pieces can be made from leftover yarn and are not difficult to recreate. They look especially realistic if you pay attention to true-to-life colors.

7-Piece Doll Clothes Basics Series

Not only an absolutely wonderful gift for kids of all ages, but also for adults who are still kids at heart: 
The construction worker Herbärt! 

 

You can even use the belt to store little things like pens, notes, or tools. 

You’ll need yarn of your choice, stuffing, safety eyes, and a button.

How about a jumping jack owl? If you already have some crafting experience and a good grasp of the technical aspects, you’ll be able to recreate this toy with ease.


 
The owl is made of photo cardstock and measures approximately 22.5 x 27.5 cm. To make it yourself, you’ll receive full-size templates and very detailed, though unillustrated, instructions.

I’ve added a few new designs for dolls to my shop. The designs are intended for dolls measuring 43 cm.
