So the doll’s mommy can dress in a matching outfit too, there is also a colorful little skirt for her. It fits girls aged 3–4 years. By the way, the doll clothes were knitted from the leftover yarn from this skirt.

Socks are a very popular knitting project. And when knitted with sock yarn, they always have a unique, colorful pattern.

Even if you’ve never knitted socks before, you can give it a try now with the mowi heel. It’s really ingeniously simple, and you can surprise the whole family with socks for Christmas.

With the double-face knitting technique, you can really unleash your creativity - you can even knit entire pictures with it :-) If you’ve never tried this knitting technique before, maybe now is the right time? Both patterns presented here include a basic course in double-face knitting.

If this is your very first attempt, however, you should fit in a practice project before you start (you can find free patterns for that in my shop).

Triangular Shawl Loujain

Are you looking for an ideal beginner project? The Loudjain triangular shawl is easy to make; knowledge of double crochet and chain stitches is enough. For the edging, you’ll also need to know how to crochet slip stitches. Use a gradient yarn or get creative yourself and put together your own color combination. Star Stella
a versatile decoration for the pre-Christmas season

The stars are quick to crochet from a few leftover yarn scraps and make a wonderful decoration for the pre-Christmas season.

For the stars, only basic crochet skills are needed.
The, as always, richly illustrated pattern with a step-by-step description will quickly lead you to a great result. A crochet chart is also included.

For the stars, 15g/20g/45g  cotton yarn (e.g. Gründl Cotton Fun, 115m/50g) was used.
They measure 11cm, 13cm, and 22cm.

Solid-colored, two-colored, or each little tree different. The shape of these little beauties is fixed, but how you color them is up to you.


 
The little Christmas trees shown are made of photo cardstock and colored paper and measure approx. 8 x 8 x 7 cm. They can be made quickly and easily; only drying the glitter liner takes a bit of time.
