What will Christmas be like this year? Will we be able to get together with our loved ones?
A personal gift will definitely show them that we’re thinking of them and haven’t forgotten them.

The little heart with the two little bears holding hands expresses this sentiment in a unique way. Even beginners can crochet it quickly and easily from some leftover yarn, and it’s sure to bring a lot of joy.
Download the crochet pattern right here, and you can get started right away!

For a change from the usual “Sleep, little one, sleep”!
You can personalize the little sheep by adding a music box with the child’s favorite tune. This way, the child has a very special gift from you and their own lullaby. The little lamb turns out especially soft and cuddly when you crochet it with teddy yarn. To do this, use a smooth cotton thread as an accompanying yarn at the same time. This way, you can still see the stitches even with this more complicated yarn. Otherwise, the little lamb is easy to crochet, since it’s made entirely of single crochet stitches.  And if you’re not quite ready to try teddy yarn, just use regular, thick, fluffy yarn and fluff it up a bit afterward.

Tania scarf-shawl
the scarf with a twist

 -- to the pattern --

The scarf-shawl combines the advantages of a scarf and a shawl in one accessory.

As always, the pattern is richly illustrated and describes row by row how you can crochet this scarf-shawl yourself—even as an ambitious beginner with good basic skills.
For advanced crocheters, there is also a crochet chart.

The shawl shown is 220 cm long and approx. 25 cm high. It was crocheted with a 4-ply gradient cake yarn, 150 g (50% cotton, 50% polyacrylic - yardage approx. 190 m/50 g).

-- to the pattern --

This popular baby blanket with the sleepy mouse family puts a smile on everyone’s face.

The pattern describes in detail all steps with lots of photos showing how you can crochet the blanket.
Only basic crochet skills are needed.
For advanced crocheters, there are also crochet charts for the blanket and all appliqués.

For the blanket, I crocheted approx. 550 g of gradient yarn cake (4-ply, yardage 190 m/50 g).
The blanket measures 95 cm x 95 cm.

"Switch off and enjoy" is exactly the right keyword for the little sleeping owl:

The owl is easy to crochet from sponge yarn, even for ambitious beginners with a little practice, and can be used as a small sponge for showering and bathing, and even for washing dishes. But the sleeping owl also looks cute as decoration.

The sleeping owl also makes a lovely gift, for example together with a wonderfully scented shower gel or body lotion.

You can get the crochet pattern for the sleeping owl here

During the dark winter months, this poinsettia is a decorative eye-catcher that brings a splash of color to your home and stays beautiful for a long time—even if you don’t have a green thumb:

You can use the poinsettia in many ways for decoration in either of the two versions: on a Christmas wreath on the door or on the table, with a candle and Christmas baubles on a plate or in a bowl as table decor, as a decoration on gifts, and much more—there are no limits to your ideas.

Difficulty level: easy to medium, suitable for ambitious beginners with some practice
Crochet skills required: starting with a magic ring, crocheting in rows, crocheting in rounds, slip stitches, chain stitches, single crochet, double crochet stitches (including simple and multiple double crochets)

In addition to written crochet instructions for 2 versions, the PDF file also includes crochet charts and many detailed step-by-step photos so you can easily and successfully recreate the poinsettia.

You can find the crochet pattern for the poinsettia in 2 versions here

You absolutely have to try the socks with the brilliantly easy-to-knit mowi heel. You can do it even if you haven’t dared to tackle the heel before. It makes knitting socks really fun, and you can surprise your family with them for Christmas.

4 sizes are described step by step, and additional size examples are also given.

This skirt has the potential to become your daughter’s or granddaughter’s favorite piece.  It really fits from 1.5 to about 5 years. It’s also very easy to knit, in one piece with no seams. The knitted-in little hearts are especially pretty here.

To the knitting pattern

This round collar / shoulder warmer is also very easy for beginners (with basic knowledge) to make. With it, you already have a lovely gift and only need one skein for it. Very practical now in the cool season and goes with anything that has a wide neckline. Or simply as a scarf substitute—also great for children.

  Arielle Triangle Shawl

It’s the warmest November since industrialization. But we can’t count on winter being this mild either. That’s why a triangle shawl to snuggle up in is still important.
The pattern for the beautiful Arielle triangle shawl is available in my store, Blickfang-Design.

This quick, elegant hat can easily be finished in one evening, provided you use the specified teddy yarn....With its slanted, attached brim, this hat is very flattering and beautifully accentuates the face...it frames the face and creates a nice head shape......

I think every kind of handcraft is relaxing. You get absorbed in the steady motion of crocheting or knitting. That automatically helps you relax. And if, in the end, you’re holding something beautiful and handmade in your hands, all the better. Here are my suggestions for a relaxing handcraft project.

I hope you enjoy window-shopping and making these yourself.

Warm regards from Ina

First up are the crochet patterns.

Hanging storage basket for the children’s room

All little girls will be delighted with this storage basket. It’s the ideal home for all the treasures a little girl has. And you can carry it from A to B, for example to rummage through it together with a friend. You could also give it as a gift already filled ;-)

St. Nicholas boots
Everyone knows St. Nicholas boots in Christmas colors. But just imagine your children’s or grandchildren’s faces when they get some in their favorite colors. A few sweets are welcome to be inside already, too.

Doll clothes "Skirt with flounce and top"
With just a few grams of yarn, you can crochet charming clothes for your children’s and grandchildren’s dolls. You can crochet the skirt as short or as long as you like. The skirt and top close in the back with snaps.

Gift tag "Snow Crystal"

A lovely decoration you can use anywhere. The crocheted crystal is stiffened, which makes it firm. You can arrange it in a Christmas centerpiece or use it as a gift tag.

Round Rug "Colorful"
Each rug becomes one of a kind, depending on which colors you use. In every round, you’ll already be thinking about the color for the next round. And in the end, you’ll have a beautiful rug that fits nicely in a children’s room.

Mosaic blanket made of squares

One of my favorite projects. Once you’ve decided on the colors, you can relax and crochet lots of identical squares. These are then crocheted together, then a border is added around it, and a beautiful, individual blanket is finished.

Round basket with mesh pattern
It has a double, sturdy base and a lovely pattern. You can crochet it in different sizes, with or without handles. For example, you could give it to a handcraft friend filled with yarn.

Doll clothes "3-piece set"

The set consists of a wide, full skirt, a top, and a bolero.

Colorful craft bucket

Ideal for using up leftovers. All around the outside, there are lots of compartments for crochet hooks & more. Your current project goes into the bucket. You could also give it to a handcraft friend filled with yarn. A lovely and practical gift all in one.

Doll clothes series "Swing"

You can make all the items you see in the photo. Everything can be mixed and matched beautifully. Little doll mommies will love these items. You’ll enjoy crocheting them, and the children will enjoy playing with them.

Oh, this one crochet pattern is always especially popular with doll moms, so here’s a quick addendum in the “Crochet” category:

Princess Dress
You can crochet it in different variations. My granddaughter likes the dress with lots of rocaille beads best. But just form your own opinion.

And here are a few recommendations for the knitting fans among you. The same applies here: for more pictures, information, and the pattern, simply click on the headings.

I hope you enjoy looking at these and making them too.
Warm regards from Ina

Feather-Light Loop
A wonderfully soft loop made from cashmere/silk wool. It feels beautifully cuddly on delicate neck skin. Once you have worn it, you won’t want to be without it. I have some in different colors, and now and then I give one as a gift to a very, very dear friend. Because a gift like this is something you have forever.

The Ice Princess’s Coat

Yes, this is truly a gem in the dolls’ wardrobe. The doll mommies will love it and wish they had one in their own size to wear themselves.

Lace Shawl for Beginners

For the shawl or scarf, you only need 100 g of lace yarn. The pattern consists of just 2 repeating rows. This makes it ideal for beginners trying a lace shawl (that is, thin yarn and a thicker needle) for the first time. You’ll be rewarded with a beautiful shawl. It can be worn open as a stole or wrapped as a scarf. The pattern unfolds all by itself as you wear it.

Wrist Warmers
These feature a decorative cable on the top. The inside is knit in stockinette stitch. The thumb gusset is shaped, so they fit well. They also don’t take much wool, and you’ll soon have a pair of practical and beautiful wrist warmers that are just right for this time of year. Young girls especially will be delighted with a gift like this.

Doll Clothing “Basics” Series
You can knit all the items you see in the photo. Everything can be combined wonderfully. You can fill an entire wardrobe with them, and the doll mommies will have lots of fun.

One-Step Felt Booties

You can knit them in all colors and sizes. They are knitted in one piece and felted in the washing machine. My favorite design among my felted shoe variations.

Warm Poncho in One Size
We knit it as a top-down raglan. Its length is adjustable. Just throw it on and look great.

Universal Loop for the Whole Family
It looks good in gradient yarn or in a solid color. You can knit it in 3 different sizes for yourself, the kids, your husband, or a friend. It only takes one long evening in front of the TV or a weekend, and then you already have a lovely new piece for your winter wardrobe.

Ball Gown for Small Dolls
Yes, even the small dolls want to dress up when they are invited to the grand ball. Maybe a new dress would be just the thing. The doll mommies would say “yes” right away.

Modern Slouchy Hat with Scarf

A design that young girls and women especially love. Nice and casual and relaxed. The set is knitted from very soft baby alpaca wool, making it warm, breathable, and lightweight. Just the right thing when you’re out and about. If needed—for example on the train or in a warm department store—you can simply tuck the hat into your bag.

November is almost over, but if you still want to make an Advent calendar, the remaining days will still be enough for this model. Provided you start right away.

This Advent calendar is made from photo cardstock and measures approx. 28 x 4.5 x 32 cm. The individual boxes measure approx. 4.5 x 4.5 x 7.8 cm. They are glued in just one place and otherwise held together with the tuck-in tabs.

The calendar is very easy to make and is also suitable for craft beginners.
