Here are a few really nice beginner-friendly patterns.
Take a look :)

The “Christmas Mice” aren’t just for decoration—they also make great gifts for St. Nicholas Day or Christmas

The unicorn “Fiona” is also easy for beginners to make and would love to come over for a cuddle

And here’s Triceratops “Nelly,” who’s also very easy for beginners to make.

I hope you have fun!

The "Catherine" shawl collar is designed for all beginners in Tunisian crochet (and of course for anyone who enjoys such a beautiful pattern and a super cozy shawl collar ;) ). No prior knowledge of Tunisian crochet is required here. I show you step by step and with numerous pictures how you can crochet this beautiful design.

If a friend were to ask me, "Ina, what can I knit as a beginner? It should be really uncomplicated." Then I would recommend these models to her, for example:

Universal Cowl for the Whole Family

It is very easy and uncomplicated to knit in the round. You can knit it for yourself, a friend, the kids, or your husband. It also only needs a little yarn, and in no time at all you'll have a lovely new piece for your fall wardrobe.

Timeless Baby Blanket Made from Merino Wool
If you are expecting a child or would like to make a gift yourself for parents-to-be, I always recommend a blanket. A baby always needs one. And this one is very uncomplicated to knit. The same 4 pattern rows alternate throughout. You make quick progress and will soon be holding your one-of-a-kind piece in your hands. The merino wool is wonderfully soft and breathable, and it can also go in the washing machine.

Featherlight Cowl
This cowl is knitted using only knit stitches, always around in a circle—it doesn't get any easier. You just need a little bit of patience. The cowl is especially pampering thanks to its cashmere yarn with a silk content. It is totally soft and pleasant on the skin. And of course it keeps you warm, because real wool keeps you warm. But without making you sweat underneath, because wool is always breathable. The cowl weighs only 50 or 75 g.

I hope you have lots of fun making them.
Warm regards from Ina

This cozy shawl "Caresse" is also great for beginners. It works just as well as a shoulder shawl as it does as a scarf. The different patterns are simple and intuitive to knit, yet still varied.

Here is the knitting pattern for the cozy shawl "Caresse".

Even as a beginner, you can crochet these cute little ghosts (basic skills required). They’re quick to make using leftover yarn and make great gifts. Kids are sure to love a little ghost like this during Halloween trick-or-treating. And as your guardian, it can stay by your side all year long—as a keychain, in your car, or as a bag charm.

It’s best to get started right away so you can bring joy to lots of people with a cute little ghost.

A button-up collar scarf like this is extremely practical right now. If it gets too warm, you can quickly unbutton it or take it off. It’s quick and easy to knit using sock yarn or other leftover yarn.

The worse the weather, the more you want to stay home and enjoy a lovely craft project.

If you’re in the mood to make something right now, these cheerful pumpkin faces are just right: They’re not only a fitting decoration for fall, but also make wonderful Halloween decor.

The pumpkins are made from photo cardstock and transparent paper, each approx. 20 x 18 cm, and are very easy for beginners to make.

A little Christmas tree like this isn’t hard to crochet and works up quite quickly. Use it as an egg cozy, or crochet several of them in different sizes; then they become a wonderful Advent calendar:

This colorful hanging decoration looks great on doors and walls, brings a carefree cheerfulness and a good mood, and puts a smile on the viewer’s face.

Since you don’t need much yarn, you can even use it to give your leftover yarn a new shine. You can crochet it in different color concepts, for example cheerfully colorful or tone-on-tone, in your favorite colors to match your décor.

The hanging decoration is also perfect as a lovely gift and heartfelt thank-you for dear people.

Suitable for beginners with a little practice.

All fans of decorative garlands can make this fall even more beautiful and colorful with this craft project.

The decorative garlands are each about 80 cm long, but you can easily shorten or lengthen them by adjusting the number of strands, making them suitable for any window or other space.

The leaves are cut out of photo cardstock and threaded onto Perlon strings. The garlands are very easy to make and are perfect even for beginners.

Absolutely beginner-friendly and cozy-warm for fall is the asymmetrical triangular shawl "Calor". The only stitches used in the pattern are chain stitches and double crochet. The shawl consists of 3 stitch patterns that are repeated one after another and are quickly memorized.

Summer Scarf Nassima
lightweight lace pattern for beginners

-- to the pattern --

This scarf is quick to crochet on the side—the lace pattern might look complicated, but it’s not.

The pattern includes, as always, plenty of clear photos and describes step by step how you can crochet this scarf, even as a beginner with basic skills. - For advanced crocheters, there is also a crochet chart.

The scarf shown is 175 cm long and 25 cm wide—but it can easily be adjusted in length and width. It was made using 2 skeins of Gründl Lisa Print (meterage 133 m/50 g).

Quattuor Men's Scarf
simple pattern - great for beginners

-- to the pattern --

The scarf is an elegant scarf with a subtle pattern - for anyone who likes simple designs, not just men.

The pattern is, as always, richly illustrated and describes all steps in detail. A crochet chart is also included. Since only basic crochet skills are required, the pattern is also great for beginners.

The scarf shown is 220 cm long and 33 cm wide - but it can easily be adjusted in length and width. It was crocheted using 4-ply Bobbel yarn, 150 g/570 m (50% cotton, 50% polyacrylic, yardage approx. 190 m/50 g).
