A great weekend project is these double-face knitted potholders! The two flamingos in love will bring lots of joy to the kitchen :-)

If the project can take a little longer, you'll find pretty summer designs for little fashion-conscious ladies in my shop ;-)

For example, this cheerful balloon dress with pockets - it is knitted in one piece from top to bottom, and the appliqués are crocheted and sewn on. The pattern is written out for size 92/98, but the size can easily be adjusted to other measurements.

With the “Lucy” set, you get a crochet pattern for the enchanting multicolored A-line dress as well as for the matching bolero jacket. Sizes 104/110 and 116/122 are written out, but this pattern is also easy to adapt to other sizes.

It takes longer than a weekend, but it’s worth it: a knitted skirt with an openwork hem.

Thanks to the adjustable elastic waistband, this knitted skirt fits sizes 38–44.

This cute, colorful summer skirt for little girls (ages 3–4) is a great weekend project. Experienced knitters can make it very easily.

It’s best to knit the doll clothes to go with it right away, too; then the doll mom will be delighted with the matching look. The doll (approx. 40–50 cm tall) also gets a matching sweater and a headband. I used up the leftovers from the skirt above here.

I love lightweight shawls in summer too—they protect against the sun and keep you pleasantly warm in the evening.

This triangular shawl was crocheted from Tahiti yarn. A lightweight summer yarn with 99% cotton. Knowledge of double crochet, chain stitches, and single crochet should be available.
