If you’re already looking forward to summer, why not start by crocheting this beautiful beach bag? It measures about 43 x 40 cm and looks good in almost any color combination.

The bag is crocheted using knot stitches in tapestry technique, making it easy to create the great pattern. The technique is explained in detail in the pattern. You’ll then work from a counting chart.
Here you’ll find the pattern and exact materials information.

If you’d like to practice the technique described above first, you can try making the matching sunglasses case.

It matches the bag’s style perfectly and can also be crocheted from leftover yarn, since you only need about 25 g of the light-colored yarn and a small leftover amount of the dark-colored yarn.
Click here for the crochet pattern for the sunglasses case.

Even if you like winter, sooner or later you’re sure to start longing for warmth and bright colors. To make the wait for spring a little more enjoyable, you can craft a colorful bouquet of flowers that you can customize to your own taste.

All the flowers here are made from photo cardstock; I used crepe paper for the center, the stem, and the bracts. The flowers are about 27 cm tall and easy to make.

The blankets are each approx. 60x70 cm in size and are crocheted using the Tunisian simple stitch.

Something simple and beautiful: I designed a table runner using the Bruges lace crochet technique for a sideboard. The size can be adjusted. (Size approx. 110 x 28
cm).
It can be used not only as a decorative table runner, but also as a mat on the breakfast table so that the
cups and plates can be placed stably and gently on the table.

Something beautiful and cozy - a reversible cowl with a pattern that looks the same on the front and back. It reminds you of
flowers or stars. It isn't nearly as complicated as it looks. It can be crocheted quickly and shouldn't be a problem
for a beginner.

Colorful Easter eggs (size approx. 7 x 9 cm) - something small and beautiful for Easter. The simple Bruges lace crochet technique
creates a lovely fresh spring look. An excellent window/door decoration for
Easter or also as a small gift!

To make your windows really colorful this spring and summer, you can start preparing folded paper flowers from colorful paper right now.

These flowers are cut out of folded paper, much like you’ve probably already done with snowflakes. You’ll get templates for four different flower shapes in three sizes: 10, 15, and 20 cm. The flowers are very easy to make and are also great for crafting with kids.

To make sure your homemade chocolates look especially nice when given as gifts, they need the right packaging. I made these boxes specifically for this purpose. They have enough room for four chocolates—perfect as a small gift or a sweet little treat.

These chocolate boxes are made from photo cardstock and measure approximately 8.2 x 4 cm. They’re designed for chocolates with a diameter of about 3.5 cm and are very easy to make. Without the dividers, you can also use them for other small gifts.

Around this time every year, I start to miss the colors of nature. Then I eagerly wait for the cherry blossoms to finally bloom... but unfortunately, that’s still quite a while away.

If you’re looking forward to spring as much as I am, why not crochet your own cherry tree that’s always in bloom? Maybe that’ll help coax nature a little...

Warmer days are on their way again—when you can put those thick jackets away in the closet and enjoy the warmth.
This is the time for lightweight yet still warming shawls, for the days that aren’t quite so warm yet.

If you’re looking for a pretty alternative that’s easy to crochet and uncomplicated to wear, take a look at the Lucille slip scarf.
Whether you prefer it with a color gradient or in a solid color, just make it to suit your taste.

You can find the crochet pattern with details on the materials needed here:

This explosion box has a very spring-like look, but it’s actually perfect for any occasion: Depending on the colors and decorations you choose, you can also give it as a baby or wedding gift, for example. Is the box in the middle too small for your gift? Then go for the next size up: I’ve included a matching lid for each layer in the templates.

The box, which has four inner layers, is made of photo cardstock and measures approximately 10 x 10 x 10 cm. The small box in the center is intended for keepsakes, good-luck charms, keychains, and similar small items, and measures approximately 5 x 5 x 5 cm. The box is very easy to make and is well-suited even for beginners.
