If you prefer something a little smaller, you can also crochet finger puppets for the Kasperl theater

. This lets you use up tiny amounts of leftover yarn. In this package, you’ll get the patterns for 10 finger puppets. (Kasperl, Gretel, Seppel, Crocodile, Grandmother, Robber, Police Officer, Witch, King and Princess).

Little boys in particular are fascinated by vehicles and flying objects of all kinds. When you crochet them, they are especially suitable for the very little ones who shouldn’t play with tin toys yet. The crocheted vehicles are soft and cuddly, so they can even be taken to bed in the evening.
Here are a few suggestions:


  Locomotive Emmy
The locomotive is just the right size for very little train fans. Small dolls (about 10 cm tall) can be transported in it. The individual parts of the locomotive are very easy to make. You only need a bit of time to sew the parts together.

To match the locomotive, you can crochet the
railroad car
. It can also be used for play as a circus wagon or construction trailer. In the pattern you will also find the cross-stitch chart for the circus wagon.

Anyone who wants to crochet a whole train will find the

which combines the patterns for the locomotive and the railroad car. The cars are coupled together with hook-and-loop fasteners.

Not everyone has a crocheted
  forklift
! It is not only suitable as a toy, but also as a decorative object. The forks can even be moved upward.

Actually, the
minibus
is a gift box for chocolates. But once they’ve been eaten, a little vehicle fan will surely be happy to play with it!


The little airplane
is super quick to crochet. It can dangle from a school bag as a lucky charm or serve as a keychain. If you crochet several in lots of bright colors, they make a great mobile for the children’s room.


The Mouse in the Balloon

is also a sweet decorative object for the children’s room. Hang it on a lamp or near the window! The mouse can be taken out for playing.

The little bag for a Puky or tricycle

Toddlers with a tricycle, balance bike, or Puky are sure to be delighted with this bag. It can be easily hung over the handlebars. That way their favorite cuddly toy or other treasures can finally come along for the ride.

The mini sleeping bag for small dolls or stuffed animals

This sleeping bag is very easy to knit using leftover yarn. When the doll is tucked into the sleeping bag, little doll moms will of course be even happier to go to sleep.

Doll pants in two versions

Dolls need warm pants too, just like their moms. These fit dolls measuring 45-50 cm. Both are very easy to knit.

Schlüttli with hat for dolls

To match the pants, there is also a Schlüttli with a hat. It dresses the doll (45-50 cm) just like a real baby, to the great delight of the doll mom. The Schlüttli is knitted top-down in one piece and is easy to make. Basic knowledge is required.

Sweater with side button band for dolls and teddies

This sweater (top-down in one piece) for dolls and teddies (45-50 cm) was also designed to match the pants. In it, too, the doll looks just like a real baby. A truly lovely Christmas gift that will bring lots of joy. Easy to knit if you have knitting experience.

If you enjoy knitting, you can easily knit a cuddly bear for a baby here. It's super easy with the pattern. Even leftover yarn is enough for it.

Clothes for baby's cuddly bear

Perfectly fitting clothes for the baby bear are of course available too, so it doesn't have to be washed so often. A sleeping bag and a sweater, knitted with raglan from the bottom up, take care of that.

A gift from and with heart is this cuddly-soft beanie! It is knit in double face, so it can be worn on both sides. It fits a head circumference of approx. 50–54 cm, but the size can easily be adjusted; you’ll find notes on this in the pattern.
