the payment of patterns can be made in various ways.  

Depending on the chosen payment method, it can take up to 5 bank working days until the amount is credited to our account and the patterns for download can be released. 
As soon as we have received the payment, you will in any case receive a notification e-mail with the link to download the pattern.

If you have not received a message from us in a few days, please contact the support via support@crazypatterns.net, then we will be happy to check the account.
