I think that’s a real shame.
Why is that, if I may ask? If there’s anything I can do to help you feel more comfortable posting, please let me know here.
You don’t have to be an expert to contribute here. Even users who have bought few or no patterns so far are welcome to join in. If you have questions or want to say something—just go ahead.

I'm one of the rather quiet readers. The linked double crochet was something I cared about, but I was helped very kindly.
Unfortunately, I don't have time for daily discussion posts in the forum, but when I do have time, I enjoy reading along here in the forum.

That’s exactly the thing—so many people read along but hardly ever want to say anything ;-)
