Hey... I'll send you a private message....
Basically, you make a long chain stitch, wrap it around the hook, and then crochet it like a double crochet... but the link in the private message will make it clearer.

I’ve always done a regular double crochet because I didn’t know how to do a mock double crochet. Thanks :-)
