With the help of this pattern, you can crochet these enchanting friends yourself in no time. The pattern is very detailed, written over 12 pages with lots of pictures. The legs and arms are easy to attach using the technique described and can therefore move, so your little animals can sit and stand. You can use any yarn you like, but I recommend using a cotton yarn in your favorite color.Even absolute crochet beginners can manage with this pattern. You need:A crochet hook 2-3, depending on the yarn used Yarn: you can use any yarn, but ideally it should be a cotton yarn. I used the favorite colors from myboshi: the color white for the bunny, the color ocher for the bear. (I crocheted the smaller figures with a thinner yarn quality 50g=115m) You can also use any yarn from your stash that matches in color, but you need to keep in mind that this will change the size of the finished figure. My figures made from myboshi Lieblingsfarben No. 2 are approx. 18 cm tall. You need 1x50g in your main color for one little animal Sewing thread in black for the embroidery on the face (I used the thread 4x)If you use a different yarn, you may need to adjust the yarn quantities.A darning needle for weaving in ends A pair of scissors A row marker or a thread in a contrasting color to mark the beginning of each round Sewing thread in a matching color to sew on the head, eyes, arms and legs. Stuffing small black beads for the eyes 4 small buttons to attach the limbs so the arms and legs can move craft pliers possibly small flowers, beads, sequins ...to decorate your figureTo crochet the bunny and bear, you need to know the following:Single crochet (sc) decreases, increases slip stitch magic ringClick here to go directly to the pattern

Pink approx. 50g Natural approx. 25g Mint approx. 25g Brown approx. 25g a little black for embroidering the eyes. You need to know the following: single crochet, half double crochet, decreases, increasesHere you can go directly to the pattern

CHERRY BLOSSOM as a sweet comfort blanket. Babies love bright colors and the familiar scent of Mom and Dad. To stimulate a baby’s senses, you can add crinkle foil and a rattle inside the head and ears. With the help of this pattern, you can crochet CHERRY BLOSSOM. The pattern is very detailed, spanning over 20 pages, with plenty of pictures to help you along the way. It includes crochet charts and written instructions for the rows. You can also enlarge the blanket itself without any difficulty, making it easy to crochet it in the size of a baby blanket. To crochet the comfort blanket, you’ll need: A size 2–2.5 crochet hook and yarn; I recommend Mondial Bio Soft Cotton (50 g-180 m), which is made of 100% organic cotton, is very soft, and has been tested for harmful substances, making it ideal for baby toys, or alternatively Austermann Bio Cotton; both yarns are compatible with each other. You can get both Mondial Bio Soft Cotton and Austermann Bio Cotton from my trusted supplier, WOLLERINO—let the wide variety of colors convince you:
You can also use a different yarn, but keep in mind that this will change the size of the blanket. You’ll need: 50 g red, color 27 (I crocheted a total of 14 rounds in red, but the yarn was very tight, so to be on the safe side I recommend getting one more skein, or crocheting only 13 rounds in red; this will of course make the blanket slightly smaller) 50 g white, color 100 50 g pink, color 906 50 g green, color 123
My comfort blanket has a diameter of about 45 cm. If you use a different type of yarn, you may need to adjust the yarn quantities accordingly. *A darning needle for weaving in ends A pair of scissors A row marker or a thread in a contrasting color to mark the beginning of each round Sewing thread in a matching color to sew the head, eyes, and limbs together Stuffing, possibly crinkle foil for the ears, a rattle disc for the head Row marker Wooden beads for the eyes in black (10 mm) You can find non-toxic wooden beads, crinkle foil, and rattle discs at: To crochet the comfort blanket, you need to know how to do the following: Single crochet (sc), decreases, increases, slip stitch, magic ring, double crochet, treble crochetClick here to go directly to the pattern

For very young girls:

Easy Baby Crochet Shoes - incl. knitting version

(To purchase/download, please click the image)

This is an illustrated crochet pattern for easy-to-crochet baby shoes.

Basic crochet skills are sufficient.

We need:

approx. 50 g cotton or cotton-blend yarn with a yardage of approx. 90 m per 50 g, for knitting needle/crochet hook size 4.0–5.0; used here: crochet hook 4.5; thinner yarn can also be used—the specified measurements are what matters (check the gauge), leftover yarn for the bows or 2 pretty buttons, yarn needle, measuring tape, scissors

In addition to the detailed pattern, I have also made a short crochet guide (sketch) as well as a short guide for the knitted version.

When little girls wear lederhosen...

Knitting pattern Baby traditional vest size 86/92 with intarsia cable

(To purchase/download, please click the image)

For this special sleeveless baby vest without buttons, we need:

150 g merino wool in gray 50 g merino wool in red, here Schachenmayr Merino Extrafine 120, 50 g – 120 m yardage, gauge according to the ball band: 22 sts x 30 rows = 10 x 10 cm, knitting needles 3.0 – 4.0; here: knitting needles 4.0, cable needle, crochet hook 3.5 for the bow, stitch holder or similar for placing stitches on hold, yarn needle for sewing in ends, stitch marker is helpful.

The PDF pattern is illustrated.

The red cable on the back is worked in intarsia technique (illustrated explanation is included) and requires some time and skill - so I would not recommend it for beginner knitters.

The cable also looks lovely in solid gray; the whole piece then knits up quite quickly.
For knitting beginners, I recommend knitting this vest completely without the cable and/or in a solid color.

This pretty grow-with-me suspender skirt for toddlers grows with your child for quite a while, from about 1.5 to 5 years. It’s knitted in one piece, so there are no seams, and even beginners with basic skills can knit it with ease—

Children love to be comfortable, and moms want to make sure their child doesn’t get cold. These leggings are just right for the in-between season. They keep little ones nice and warm, are stretchy, and still fit well. Thanks to a folded cuff, the leggings will fit for quite a while as your child grows. They fit ages approx. 1.5 to 3 years.

The leggings are seamless and easy to knit. The yarn I specify can easily be replaced with 4-ply sock yarn.

Difficulty level: medium - you should have the following skills:

  • Knit and purl stitches, and knitting in the round
  • Knitting with a set of double-pointed needles and a circular needle
  • Increasing stitches from one stitch (also explained here)
  • Decreases (knitting 2 stitches together)
  • Binding off stitches
  • Changing colors in the round
  • Knitting a double hem ribbing, similar to picot edging (also briefly explained here)

If you choose shades of pink for a gift, then it’s better to stick with them for the gift wrapping, too. This box would go wonderfully with a gift in pink.

The box is made from photo cardstock and sturdy film and measures approx. 11.5 x 15 x 11.5 cm. Since you can see into the box, gifts like pretty pink clothing, stuffed animals, or dolls are shown off especially well inside. The box is not difficult to craft and requires no special skills.

Very elegant and feminine for older girls and women: a triangular shawl knitted from sock yarn. The pattern is almost beginner-friendly because it’s basically just knit stitches. You just have to be a little careful around the edges.

You can find the pattern here.

Hooray, it’s a girl!

You can easily crochet this enchanting first baby cardigan yourself! It is so soft and delicate that it’s hard to put into words - just right for the tiniest little ones.

This is crocheted seamlessly top-down (raglan from the top). Thanks to a
special neckline, the cardigan closes especially well at the neck
and doesn’t constrict the little one. With this cardigan, the baby is
wrapped up cuddly warm and soft and at the same time looks simply
adorably sweet...

Click here and take a look at more photos and a preview of the pattern

What is included in the pattern?

  • Sketch with measurements of the finished cardigan
  • General overview of the raglan-from-the-top method
  • Tutorial: crocheting foundation double crochet stitches
  • professionally computer-created crochet chart of the yoke
  • precise written explanation of each individual row of the yoke
  • very generously illustrated, detailed explanation of every single step on the way to your enchanting baby cardigan
  • Pattern length: 30 pages

The gauge is: 24 double crochet x 14.5 double crochet rows= 10x10 cm

I have listed the original yarn for you, but also a great
alternative yarn that has exactly the same gauge and that
is also available in a beautiful baby pink! :-)

Skill level:
intermediate, but the pattern is so detailed that even beginners with a little experience can give it a try!

Have fun crocheting

Summery crochet cardigan for baby girls and for bigger girls (0 to 5 years)

The cardigan is crocheted raglan from the top down in one piece
(RVO), but because you first start crocheting at the back, it creates a
crew neckline that has an especially great fit! How does it work? I'll show you! :-) Explained step by step and row by row in words and with a computer-created crochet chart!

Click here and take a look at more details!

The cardigan is described in detail in 6 sizes (each size with its own pattern, you don't have to calculate anything yourself here):

  • Size (50/56) approx. 0 to 3 months
  • Size (62/68) approx. 3 to 6 months
  • Size (74/80) approx. 9 to 12 months
  • Size (86/92) approx. 18 to 24 months
  • Size (92/98) approx. 2-3 years
  • Size (104/110) approx. 4-5 years
The pattern includes a sketch with all measurements for all specified
sizes. I chose a wonderful cotton yarn that is super
suitable for children's items. But of course you can also use any other
yarn with the same gauge!
The gauge is: 24 double crochet x 12 double crochet rows = 10cm x 10cm

Have fun crocheting!

Sweater vest with stripes for children (1 to 3 years) to knit

Cool, trendy striped look for sporty girls!
A sweater vest is simply a wonderful piece of clothing for little children. With a long-sleeved shirt underneath and a
comfortable, cozy pair of pants to go with it, it makes the perfect play outfit. Kids like things this easygoing—and so do moms and grandmas ;-)

Click here and you’ll go straight to the pattern with lots of info and photos!

What is special about this pattern?

  • The armband is knitted on directly here in garter stitch.
  • The side slits are also set off in garter stitch—that makes the look even sportier and more modern.
  • The two specified yarns (summer and winter baby yarn) have exactly the same gauge! So you can knit from the same pattern with both qualities—depending on your taste and the season!
The sweater vest is described in detail in 3 sizes:
  • Size 80 (1 year)
  • Size 86 (18 months)
  • Size 92/98 (2-3 years)
Have fun knitting!
