First of all, thanks to all of you :-)

 It says “SWEET DREAMS” on the pillow. My godmother has also had a few surgeries and has problems with her back when sleeping, so she can also use it as a side-sleeper pillow, or even lie on it together with my uncle. This December, the two of them will have been married for 68 years, and when you watch them, you’d think they were a young couple newly in love.  The roll was filled with stuffing and packed firmly so it doesn’t lose its *shape*
