Skills Required / What You'll Receive

Cast on, bind off and knit. That's all you need to know. The loop is therefore the ideal pattern for beginners. Even an uneven stitch pattern won't bother you. It will get better after this loop anyway.

The instructions are a step-by-step photo story.

Size Information

The loop can be knitted in any length.

Materials List

The loop can be knitted from any material. I used "Gomitolo Aloha" by Lana Grossa colour 302 (50% cotton/ 50% viscose) and knitted 3 balls (=750m). This made the loop about 130cm long.
I knitted with a circular needle 4mm 40cm long. (It MUST be knitted with a 40cm long circular needle).
You will also need a stitch marker, I just used a red thread for this.

You can also use scraps of wool for the loop. They should be approximately the same thickness.

schöner Loop Habe den Loop mit weniger Wolle gestrickt. Somit reicht er nur einmal um den Hals. Das Stricken und drehen hat gut geklappt. beim Zusammenstricken hatte ich zuwenig gedreht und nicht gepasst. Aber ich habe schnelle Hilfe bekommen und dann hats geklappt. DANKE

Ich verstehe das Drehen nicht Ich habe schon 2x aufgetrennt und neu begonnen- das Drehen ist mir einfach nicht klar (hab auch erfahrene Strickerinnen gefragt, die haben es auch nicht hinbekommen. Bis zum Ende vom Schlitz ist alles klar, aber dann hänge ich.

    Hallo, ich finde die Anleitung sehr verwirrend. Das soll eine Anleitung für Anfänger sein? Ich stricke schon seit Jahrzehnten, aber 4 und 5 verstehe ich nicht.
