When I receive an email saying I have messages in my inbox, I used to be able to click the link and be taken to my page, where I could click on “Inbox” and read my messages.
Now I have to log in all over again every time. That’s very inconvenient.
Has something been changed?
Best regards
Anja
That’s right, I’ve noticed that too.
Hello everyone,
our developers have looked into this. First, the good news: The links in the emails and your inboxes are working perfectly fine—nothing is broken.
The issue simply comes down to where exactly the link opens: You’ll only remain logged in to the browser you originally used to log in. However, many email programs and apps now open links in their own small preview window instead of in your usual default browser—and you aren’t logged in to that new window yet.
The following two tips will help you resolve this quickly:
A quick request, in case you’re still having trouble afterward: Try going to crazypatterns.net directly and manually in your browser. If you’re unexpectedly logged out there as well, please let us know here—that means the issue lies elsewhere, and we’ll investigate it further for you right away!
Warm regards
