These festive egg cosies are sure to be a hit, even with people who don’t like eggs for breakfast, because they make a pretty table decoration even without eggs. Feel free to rummage through your scrap box to see if you still have any yarn in the “Christmas colors” (red, green, gold, white, skin-tone). Even beginners can crochet these egg cozies quickly. Everything is explained in detail in the step-by-step pattern.
You can download them here: Christmas Egg Cozies

This little moose is sure to put a smile on your colleague’s face! It can dangle from a briefcase or office keys, serving as a constant reminder of your Christmas greetings. It also looks great on the Christmas tree!
You’ll only need a few bits of leftover yarn to crochet it in no time.

Cute Christmas Frame - quick & easy to crochet

Sometimes you just don't know what to give your colleagues for Christmas or for a Secret Santa gift exchange. After all, it's only supposed to be a little something.

With this crocheted-around Christmas frame, you can not only give a lovely picture, but also decoratively package a gift certificate or money.

The frame is super quick to make and also great for using up leftover yarn.

Difficulty level: Easy

What you need:

Gründl Happy yarn (100 g = 250 m length)
  • Red, approx. 30-40 g
  • A few grams of baby pink, a little black and white
  • Stuffing and googly eyes
  • A color-coordinated picture frame for 10x15 pictures with a frame width/depth of 1 cm x 2 cm
  • Crochet hook size 4, yarn needle, and scissors
  • (Spray) glue, glue gun if needed
  • A pom-pom maker (two cardboard discs also work as a pom-pom maker; there are videos on YouTube for that)
What you need to know:

Magic ring, single crochet, half double crochet, crochet together, sew on

I'm happy to help if you have any questions :)

A pair of wrist warmers or cuffs are also
quick to knit,
maybe you still have a 50g/160m ball of yarn left over
that you can use?
Then just add a set of size 3 knitting needles and the pattern,
and off you go.
Here is a new model:Wrist warmers

It always depends a bit on how well you get along with your colleagues. Some you like well enough, but you don’t actually know that much about them, and when you’re supposed to pull a gift out of a hat at the Christmas party, you’re stuck.
What I’ve found from experience: everyone is happy about little sweets. And to make it a bit more personal, you could package them in a colorful, homemade little bag.

One like these, for example.

They’re super quick to knit and not hard at all. With a leftover bit of sock yarn, you’re all set.

Some coworkers enjoy reading. For them, I’d give a good book—along with a handmade bookmark.

You can find the pattern here.

These bookmarks make a lovely little gift and add a personal touch to a book present. They’re also quick to knit; a small scrap of cotton is enough for one. However, I wouldn’t recommend this pattern for absolute beginners—you should have a bit of experience with lace patterns.

The reindeer egg cups make great gifts :-)
Click here for the crochet pattern pattern

What you’ll need:
  • Approx. 20g of brown yarn suitable for a 2mm crochet hook. I used 100% cotton, which makes the egg cup nice and sturdy.
  • Leftover yarn in light brown (for the antlers), also suitable for a 2mm hook
  • Scraps of red yarn (for the nose), also suitable for a 2mm hook
  • 2mm crochet hook
  • 6mm safety eyes
  • stuffing
  • Scissors, darning needle, stitch markers
Difficulty level: Easy. You should be familiar with the following techniques: making a magic ring, increasing and decreasing single crochet stitches, sewing the different pieces together, single crochet, slip stitches, chain stitches, and half double crochet. The crochet pattern is 18 pages long and includes step-by-step photos showing each step. I also show you how to sew the pieces together in the photos.

How about a pretty cover for a poinsettia (potted plant)? It turns it into a very special gift, with the crocheter’s love woven right in.

The flowerpot cover is very quick and easy to crochet, and it instantly brings a festive Christmas mood to the room where it’s placed.

The poinsettia decoration is included here as a second pattern.

Here’s the crochet pattern for the festive flowerpot cover “Poinsettia”.

This cute gnome family is perfect for lots of ideas. The gnomes can be given individually with a sweet treat inside. Or they can be used together as an Advent calendar. They also work wonderfully as storage for crochet or knitting supplies.

The gnomes are quick and easy to crochet, even for beginners (with basic knowledge). If you like, you can also get the pattern for the gnomes as a value set with a gnome house (utensil basket) in my shop.

Here is the crochet pattern for the gnome family.

A cozy season is just around the corner!

Christmastime = crochet time
There’s nothing like a festively decorated Christmas table.

Filet crochet is perfect for creating a decorative Christmas mood.
This pattern is ideal for beginners - this table runner will be finished in no time!

A detailed description of the filet technique can be found in the pattern.
A counted chart guides you through the Christmas design.

The finished table runner is approximately 60 x 20 cm in size.
However, the listed gauge and the chart leave room for individual lengths.

And here’s the pattern and more details...
