“Pacifier”. Bag charm or gift for moms-to-be

Materials: Blue yarn (leftovers), yellow yarn (leftovers), crochet hook size 2, yarn needle, scissors, key ring. Other yarn and the matching crochet hook can also be used. This may lead to slight variations.


The patterns is also suitable for beginners who have the necessary stitch knowledge (how the stitch types are crocheted is not explained).

Stitches used: sc - single crochet

“Female Chimney Sweep as a lucky charm, bag charm, or for your key ring”.
Material: black yarn (yardage 50 g/ 133 m), beige for hands and face (yardage 50 g/ 133 m), yellow yarn for hair (leftover yarn), yarn for mouth and nose, yarn for scarf, spray starch to fix the ladder in place, pins, half-round sewing needle. Other yarn and the matching crochet hook can also be used. This may lead to slight variations. Everyone has good days and bad days, and these hearts express the different moods. The little hearts are great to use as bag charms or keychains, since they are only 8 and 11 cm tall.

A perfect gift for someone who, for example, is going through heartbreak or is frustrated with work. The possibilities for embroidering emotions in the form of mouths are endless.

What you need for this:

  • Gründl Happy leftover yarn (approx. 5-10 g each in different colors)
Color examples: Pink/rose Light blue/dark blue Red/white

  • Small leftover amount of black for the facial features
  • Hook size 3.5, yarn needle, and scissors
  • Stuffing material
  • Safety eyes (the fun safety eyes are available on Amazon - 70 pieces = €9.99)
  • Alternatively, you can also draw funny eyes on a piece of white fabric. Ideally with a thin black pen
  • Optionally, a few bandage strips or little bows

These little party piggies aren’t just cute, they also bring good luck ♥

On a colorful summer meadow, bees are a must—and they’re a must on your keys or bag, too!


You will need 
  • leftover cotton yarn 125m/50g in yellow, white, black, 
  • craft stuffing, 
  • 3.0 mm crochet hook,  
  • 6 mm safety eyes, 
  • key ring. 
This will make the two 6 and 8 cm tall. The pattern is absolutely suitable for beginners.

The soccer player is quick and easy to crochet. You will need:

These charms are quick to make and perfect for using up leftover yarn in a cute way.
For all cat fans and dog lovers. As keychains or bag charms.
10–20 g of leftover yarn, the appropriate crochet hook (size 2–3), some stuffing, and—if desired—two small eyes, unless you plan to embroider them on. Chain stitches, single crochet, increases, and decreases. Then the keychain is practically done :-) Anyone who has crocheted even a little will enjoy making the cat and/or the dog.

This little guy is about 13 cm tall and looks great in any color.
Single crochet, increases, and decreases. Add a little stuffing or even some leftover yarn, and your bag charm or keychain can be with you as early as the next day. If you’re finally ready to tackle your leftover yarn, this bunny is just the thing ;-)

Charly, the little hedgehog, is a funny little fellow who works well as a bag charm and also as a keychain and lucky charm.

The pattern is richly illustrated and explains in many individual steps how you can crochet the little hedgehog - also suitable for beginners with basic knowledge.

With colorful leftover yarn, he is quick to crochet.

Dimensions:
Length approx. 7 cm

Required materials:
  • 2 colors of cotton yarn in matching colors (yardage 115 m per 50 g)

A totally adorable heart pendant with wings is Wings of Love.
As a keychain or bag charm, the heart is finished very quickly using leftover yarn.




For the heart you need:

  • leftover yarn in white and red (e.g. Catania by Schachenmayr)
  • beads (make sure the eyelets are wide enough for the yarn to fit through)
  • a little stuffing
  • crochet hook size 3.0 mm
  • pins for attaching the wings to the heart
  • sewing needle for weaving in the ends and sewing on the wings
  • white sewing thread
  • scissors
Skills required:

  • single crochet
  • chain stitches
  • double crochet



The heart will be approx. 9 cm tall (without loop and bead pendant) and approx. 16 cm wide when made with the yarn mentioned above.

The pattern is 9 pages long and contains a detailed photo tutorial for each row as well as charts (crochet charts). 

Difficulty level: easy.
