Quick to crochet and simply super sweet are these cheeky little Easter chicks "Duckling and Chick". They feel right at home in the Easter nest and chirp and quack all day as loudly as they can ;-)



For the two little ducklings and their best friend, the chick, you will need:

• Cotton yarn (yardage 125 m/50 g) in light yellow, sunny yellow, white, and red
• a 3.5 mm crochet hook
• a little stuffing
• and 2 brown safety eyes each (size 8 mm)
  

Thanks to the clear description and many illustrations, even experienced crochet beginners can easily make these chicks. You only need a little practice with the following stitches: magic ring, single crochet, slip stitches, chain stitches, as well as increasing and decreasing stitches.

You can easily make this cute Easter bunny family before Easter. The finger puppets are a welcome surprise if you don’t want to fill the Easter basket with just candy. The kids will still love playing with them even after Easter. This helps them work through little experiences and stimulates their imagination and creativity.

Last-Minute Egg Cozy BIGGI - quick and easy to knit

Fun egg cozy not just for Easter! Also an ideal way to use up leftover yarn.Quick and easy to knit in one evening in front of the TV, they make a last-minute little gift for any occasion. Basic knitting skills are enough.
We knit in the round with a set of double-pointed needles. Decorations are possible as desired and according to your own creativity.

Material:
Basically, any yarn can be used with a slightly smaller needle size than stated on the label.1 egg cozy: approx. 10 g – 15 g yarn (leftover) + little bits of leftover yarn for decorating;
here: set of double-pointed needles 4.0 and crochet hook approx. 3.0 for “knotting in hair”;
yarn needle for weaving in ends, possibly sewing needle and buttons,
tape measure, scissors.
Recommendation: safety eyes if the egg cozy are used as amigurumi for small children. Included in the PDF download:

Egg cozies simply belong on every Easter table! You can crochet these very quickly, and they’ll be finished in time. You don’t need to buy any new yarn either. Just take a look in your leftover yarn box—there’s sure to be something suitable there.

Here’s a simple but lovely egg cup; it’s knitted in stockinette stitch in the round. Quick to make, so there’s still enough time for 4–6 egg cups before Easter. Just like this, or in other colors. The contrast was important to me. The basic pattern allows for lots of variations.

The egg cozies are quick to crochet, and by Easter you could have a whole little fleet of them.

Quickly knit a few little bunnies for the Easter table or the nest – you can do it with my mini bunnies. The charming minis are quite easy to knit (of course only as far as the knitting goes – otherwise they are veeeery clever ;-)). The little owls are also quick to knit – however, the pattern is aimed more at somewhat experienced knitters. But if you’d like to learn short rows, the owls are great practice. And – as
colorful as they are, you could easily mistake them for Easter eggs :-) All you need is leftover yarn, felt scraps, stuffing, and eye beads.

These egg cups are so easy to make that you can still quickly provide them for your whole family.


 
The cups are made from photo cardstock, use very little material, are suitable for craft beginners and children, and can easily be changed in color.

Materials: Leftover yarn (black), approx. 20 g

One set of size 3 double-pointed needles
2 buttons (football)

Babies love bright colors and rattle sounds—these stimulate their senses, making play an important part of
healthy development. This cute bunny rattle will be a wonderful companion during a baby’s most important developmental phase.
Whether as a small, lovingly crocheted gift for a new baby
or a christening, or as a first toy with Mom’s love in every stitch,
this little bunny is an absolute showstopper. The pattern includes 12 pages with plenty of clear, detailed photos; even ambitious beginner crocheters can easily
recreate the rattle. For this great project, you’ll need:

• A 2–2.5 mm crochet hook
• yarn; I recommend Mondial Bio Soft Cotton (50g–180 m). This yarn is made from 100% organic cotton, is very soft, and has been tested
  for harmful substances, making it ideal for baby toys. (Alternatively, you can use
  Katia “Candy” for Baby or Online Cotton Baby)
  You can also use a different yarn, but you’ll need to pay attention to the
  yardage—otherwise, the bunny will turn out huge
  . You’ll need:
• about 25 g of pink yarn for the rattle
• black scraps to crochet the eyes, or you can use black beads
• gray scraps for the stripes, the ear, and to embroider the nose
• orange scraps for the carrot
• green scraps for the carrot
• Sewing thread in a matching color to sew the ears and the appliqué in place
• Black sewing thread to embroider the eyebrows, whiskers, and stripes on the carrot
• A darning needle for sewing
• A pair of scissors
• A row marker or a contrasting thread to mark the beginning of each round

To crochet the rattle, you’ll need to know how to do the following:

• Single crochet (sc)
• Decreases, increases
• slip stitch
• Magic ring

You can whip up these "Marilla" egg cozies in the shape of an upside-down flower very quickly and with little effort. Since only basic crochet skills are required (see below), these egg cozies are a great, quick project for ambitious crochet beginners. He doesn’t take up much space when traveling and can be tucked into the tiniest gap.

Difficulty: easy Otto is especially suitable for babies because he doesn’t shed, can be squished, and has no risk of injury.
