Lost Places
is a sweater for the whole family. 7 sizes are described; the smallest fits children from about age 10. I knitted the sweater both for my adult son and for myself. It is worked seamlessly from the top down. You can knit the stripes in 2 or more colors. The simple textured pattern adds variety to the work and gives it a nice feel.
The pattern is described in detail. No special skills are needed. It is knitted with fingering or sock-weight yarn; you can also hold lace yarn double.

If you’d like to bring some sunshine into your life even on gloomy days, this gorgeous set is the perfect way to do it. The Celtic sun on the cozy loop scarf and the reversible beanie keeps you warm and lifts your spirits. Both are knitted using the double-face technique, so they can be worn on either side. Detailed patterns on the basics of double-face knitting are also included.

For dreary days and cool, barely heated offices, I have the perfect good-mood shawl—bright colors and a lovely pattern that brings sunny autumn days to mind. The shawl is knitted using only knit and purl stitches. For the leaf motif, there are written, stitch-by-stitch instructions as well as a chart.

New in my shop—this time, something knitted. This knitted dress for small dress-up dolls is perfect for snuggling up in. The small diamond pattern gives the dress structure, and the fluffy sleeves add to the coziness.

Cable pattern to go!
Are you still looking for ideas for a lovely gift? Wrist warmers are always a good idea, whether in a chilly office, while walking your favorite dog, or while tinkering in the shed or garage... I even wear them myself while knitting now when I’m sitting on the couch in the evening ;-)) - Not to mention that they’re simply a great fashion accessory too!

You’ll have the cable rib pattern for the ACORN wrist warmers memorized in no time! You don’t need an annoying cable needle for the little mini cables; it works wonderfully without one here, so you’ll make quick progress! The very stretchy pattern and the thumb gusset ensure a perfect fit on the hand and arm - and the uncomplicated, simple design goes easily with any style of clothing!

Do you feel like making this quick little knitting project? Then get the pattern for it right here: ACORN wrist warmers

Happy knitting from
Annette

Are you looking for a gift that’s knitted with love and can be finished quickly? Do you want to show someone just how much you appreciate them?

Then you’ve found something here that you’ll love. Both pieces—the guest towel and the washcloth—clearly show what the recipient means to you. My friend was thrilled with them and marveled at the design.

If you’ve ever knitted before, you’ll find it very easy to knit these two pieces. The patterns are written without abbreviations and are very easy to follow. The patterns consist only of knit stitches and purl stitches.

Christmas is getting closer... I’m slowly starting to feel the pre-Christmas spirit myself. This dishcloth comes at just the right time—a Christmas tree under a starry sky. With this design, it’s so much easier to wipe away the crumbs from your cookies :-)

The pattern is perfect for beginners; you’ll only need knit stitches and purl stitches.

When it’s already chilly but not quite winter yet, a headband is just the thing to keep your ears warm. Knitted in bright colors, this headband is sure to put you in a great mood. It’s knitted using the double-face technique, so both sides look beautiful. The knitting technique is explained in detail.

The headband’s circumference can easily be adjusted to accommodate a different gauge or a different head size.

I’ve really grown to love wrist warmers or fingerless gloves. The office temperature has been turned down, but I still need my fingers to move quickly across the keyboard. That’s where wrist warmers are just perfect.

They keep your wrists and fingers warm while still giving your fingers plenty of room to move. I also find them better than gloves when I’m out for a walk. I can easily collect leaves, tie my shoes, or even quickly snap a photo with my phone without having to take my gloves off all the time.

This pattern is knitted with a set of double-pointed needles, and you should have some experience and practice with cable needles. The cable runs across the entire back of the hand, and the wrist warmers fit adults.

This design now features a thumb gusset, so the wrist warmers stay right where they’re supposed to. Maybe you’re still looking for an idea for a quick little Christmas gift for her or him—in a color that works for both.

Freestyler
is a hat for the whole family. The 4 sizes range from a head circumference of approx. 40 cm (XS) to more than 55 cm (L). You knit it with sock yarn or fingering yarn, holding the yarn double. This makes the hat nice and warm.
