The new year is the perfect time to start an interesting year-long project: a temperature blanket! In this project, different temperature ranges are each assigned a color, creating an interesting random pattern. You can crochet a temperature blanket for the current year or for a past year—for example, a child’s birth year. You’ll find all the necessary information in the crochet pattern.

At the beginning of January, the Christmas decorations are put away, but it’s still a bit too early for spring items. A cute winter decoration that can be crocheted quickly from leftover yarn is this winter landscape with igloo, penguins, and snowman:

The penguins and the snowman are about 5 cm tall, and the igloo has a diameter of 15 cm.

"Amor vincit omnia" (Love conquers all)—does that apply to you, too? Then you’ve got no choice but to crochet him. He also makes a perfect gift for Valentine’s Day, a wedding, or an engagement. The little god of love measures about 20 cm and can be displayed standing up or hung up.
