If you feel more like crocheting this weekend, I have two suggestions here for a cloth in the tapestry crochet technique. The color not currently being used is crocheted in, so the front and back both look nice. Depending on the yarn you use, you can turn the motif into either a cuddly cloth for the little ones, a gentle facial cleansing cloth, or a dishcloth. That also makes it a wonderful pretty gift for Mother’s Day.
