A hat is always a good idea....... This hat is knitted using only knit and purl stitches and can easily be made in any size (baby to adult).

And to go with the hat, this knitted roll-neck cowl - is a lovely alternative to a scarf or infinity scarf

It’s knitted on circular needles and can easily be finished in a weekend. You’ll need about 3 balls of yarn (50 g / 85 m, for example).

Or maybe a pair of spiral socks?

Spiral socks are knitted without a heel, so they fit across multiple sizes. This is especially a blessing for children, who grow so fast.

How about a small project in double knitting this weekend? These three featured designs are colorful and cheerful, so they’ll put you in a good mood while you’re knitting them.

Knitting pattern for the “Elo Elefant” comfort cloth / washcloth - little Elo is looking forward to a new friend! He’s always available for comfort, cuddles, wiping mouths, or keeping eyes dry :-)

Knitting pattern “Mode-Muffel-Mütze” - this hat can be knitted in all sizes. Great for women and men who like things simple—yet are still looking for something special!

Knitting pattern for the reversible hat “Freche Maus”
- this sweet mouse is just too lovable, isn’t she? The hat can be knitted in all sizes from baby to teenager.

Sonja wishes you a lovely weekend

Knitting these colorful bestsellers is a real joy. It instantly puts you in a springtime mood.

The skirt fits 3–4-year-old girls and is just right for spring.

So that the doll mum can dress to match her doll (approx. 45–50 cm), you can knit this pretty outfit set from the leftover yarn from the skirt.

This colorful jacket (RVO) with a hat in a mix of patterns is also quick to knit from leftover yarn. It also fits dolls measuring approx. 45–50 cm.

The Tamburin Shawl
works well for using up leftovers, since the middle section is knitted with 20 g skeins. The beginning and end are knitted with 100 g of sock-weight yarn, each with its own pattern.
Both patterns are explained in detail.

A weekend project can only be started if you also have the right yarn for your project on hand. That’s why I’ve picked out 3 projects from my offers for you that don’t require much yarn and are also lots of fun.

I hope you enjoy looking at them and making them yourself. For more pictures, information, and the pattern itself, please simply click on the headings.

Warm regards from Ina

Doorstop “Sandbag”
Soon the warmer seasons will be here, when windows and doors in the house or apartment are open again—and that can quickly create a draft. Anyone who wants to avoid the danger of little fingers getting caught will therefore need a doorstop. Mine here, at 4.5 kg, is very stable and is also easy to crochet.

Ball gown with tulle underskirt

This fairy-tale doll dress is crocheted from just 1 ball of yarn. You need to be able to read a crochet chart. The tulle is sewn under the skirt so that the dress gets its full, puffy shape. My granddaughter thinks this is the most beautiful of my doll dress designs.

Wrist warmers with decorative cable

For a pair of wrist warmers, 50 g of yarn is enough, or 60 g for the larger size. The top features a decorative cable. The inside is knitted in stockinette stitch. A thumb gusset is worked in for a better fit.

This staircase-shaped egg holder is perfect for displaying your beautifully decorated Easter eggs.

The holder is made of cardstock and measures approximately 42 x 6 x 6.2 cm. It consists of very simple, box-shaped pieces and is therefore very easy to make, but to ensure everything fits together properly in the end, you’ll need to fold and glue with precision.

This project is an excellent weekend activity for anyone who enjoys crafting with paper and would like an Easter door wreath.

This wreath is made of photo cardstock and measures approximately 30 x 30 cm. It is very easy to make and only requires a little patience when cutting out the pieces.

Positioning aids and assembly diagrams help when putting together the individual decorative elements and the wreath itself.
