How about a weekend project knitted in double-face? Here are three suggestions from me:



Knitting pattern Gift Bags "From the Heart" 2-piece set - perfect for the upcoming Valentine's Day, this pattern is for a set of two different gift bags. It’s hard to wrap a small gift more lovingly than this, isn’t it? 




Knitting pattern Headband "Winter Sun" - this headband is a great beginner project for the double-face knitting technique. The double knitting makes it nice and dense, so it keeps you warm. Plus, it can be worn on either side, depending on your mood :-)




Knitting pattern Cuddle Cloth / Washcloth "Elo Elephant" - even little ones deserve a gift for Valentine's Day. For example, they’ll love this cuddle cloth with the sweet elephant Elo. When the child is a little older, Elo is also happy to be used as a washcloth.

Even though you can’t go to any Carnival parades or carnival sessions this year, there is at least a little bit of Carnival on TV. Maybe you’d like to decorate your home a little to match? You’re sure to have everything you need at home: a crochet hook and colorful leftover yarn.



The jester’s cap can be decorated in many ways: as a fun bottle stopper, as a door wreath, or as a little hat for a doll. With the suggested yarn, it will be about 15 x 12 cm.


The carnival masks are also a great decoration for the Carnival season. You can make them in a single color or embellish them with glitter yarn and sequins, rhinestones, or something similar. The pattern is described round by round, and a crochet chart is also included.
