Double-face knitting is a wonderful change of pace for anyone who has good basic knitting skills. It offers countless possibilities for great motifs with two “front sides.” If you’ve never knitted double-face before and would like to try it out with no obligation, you’ll find a free pattern for the Doubleface Basics here.

Knitting pattern for the cowl “Friends in the Park”
- this cowl tells the story of animal friends spending a wonderful day in the park. The cowl can be knitted either with or without eyelash yarn.

Knitting pattern for the “Winter Sun” headband - cuddly soft and extra dense thanks to double knitting, and wearable on both sides too - that makes this headband my favorite accessory in the current cold temperatures.

Knitting pattern for the cuddly cloth / washcloth “Elo Elephant” - this cuddly cloth makes a great gift for a birth, birthday, or just because. For the very little ones it’s a wonderful comfort cloth; for older children it serves as a washcloth. After all, little Elo the elephant is really good at keeping eyes dry while hair is being washed :-)

This colorful children's jacket made from soft merino wool is knitted top-down raglan style. It has knitted-in pockets and a hood. The jacket fits approximately sizes 92 to 104.

A newborn jacket is always a lovely and welcome gift for a birth. This jacket has a hood and a pretty heart lace pattern. It fits up to 4 months, and later a doll can wear it.

The wintry weather practically calls for the Kafu wrist warmers.

With its Irish-inspired cable pattern, Kafu turns your jacket into an eye-catcher.

The Poncho Cube gets its name from the cube pattern.
This pattern requires concentration and some knitting experience.
The other patterns are explained in detail and aren’t difficult.
You’ll need 300g of sock-weight yarn.

Birutė Stole

An old handicraft technique reinterpreted: the result is the Birutė stole. Many people are unfamiliar with working with a hairpin lace loom. But once you get into it, it is very easy to learn. In the near future, I will be adding a few more lovely patterns using this technique to my Blickfang-Design store. So it is worth getting a hairpin lace loom.

Arielle Triangular Shawl

The Arielle triangular shawl is something for experienced crocheters. However, it is worth the effort to learn this somewhat more complicated pattern, because the Arielle triangular shawl is a real eye-catcher.

That brings back memories!

In this explosion box, you can fit lots of photos that will remind the recipient of your most beautiful moments together.

That makes it an excellent gift idea for almost any occasion – the colors and patterned paper should of course be adjusted accordingly.

I also thought of the possibility of giving an additional little something; there is a mini box inside the box for that.

The box is made of photo cardstock and patterned paper and is approx. 10 x 10 x 10 cm in size. It takes time and patience, but with a little crafting experience it is easy to make.

The back scrubber shower strap with its raised shell design is an exceptional eye-catcher in your bathroom—and at the same time a very practical accessory for bathing and showering.

The back scrubber shower strap is a practical gift for anyone who likes everyday life to be comfortable, or whose physical mobility is limited, and for anyone who wants “something practical.”

Difficulty level: medium. For experienced crocheters

The crochet pattern includes the written crochet instructions, the crochet chart, and a photo tutorial in which the shells are shown and explained to you step by step, so you can easily and successfully crochet the back scrubber shower strap yourself.

You can get the crochet pattern for the back scrubber shower strap here
