Dear users, dear authors,
Now is the time to make gift wrapping for Advent, St. Nicholas Day, and Christmas. Have fun with it.

@Authors:
2–3 patterns per author are enough. Don’t forget to include links, pictures, information, etc.

Cute little treats make great gifts when presented in old jam jars. With these lid covers, they take on a festive Christmas feel and are perfect as a little something to bring to an Advent coffee get-together or as a small little gift in between .

Have fun crocheting and enjoy the pre-Christmas season :)

Do you like giving homemade cookies and sweets as gifts? An empty jam jar with a crocheted lid cover turns them into something very special. It’s a wonderful way to crochet up small amounts of leftover yarn and create a very personal little gift to bring along.

During the Christmas season, wintery motifs are of course especially fitting:

or, if it doesn’t necessarily need to be Christmas-themed but should still be wintery:

And for a cash gift, I also have an original idea: just tuck your “little bills” into this cute crocheted coin purse! It’s sure to be a hit!

The angel with gift box is already a lovely gift in itself, but of course you can also fill the gift box with sweets, a handwritten card, a piece of jewelry, or something else:

The crochet pattern is suitable for experienced crocheters and, of course, also includes many step-by-step photos so you can successfully crochet the angel with gift box.

Oh, lovely things ... for wrapping other lovely things :-)

Here are a few more ideas for giving Christmas gifts in style. I think a personal, handmade wrapping adds even more value to the gift and makes unwrapping it more exciting. First you admire the wrapping, then you turn to the contents. And most of the time you can use the handmade wrapping for something else later on, too. So in a way, you've actually given two gifts.

I hope you enjoy looking at them and making them yourself.

Warm regards from Ina

Colorful Craft Bucket
You could give this in style to a craft-loving friend, filled with beautiful yarn and a craft magazine. The crochet hooks and such go in the many little pockets on the outside, and the yarn and current project go inside.

Christmas or Gift Bag
The bag looks so beautiful all by itself. If you put something pretty inside, it’s perfect as a gift for someone dear. It has a sturdy double bottom. And don’t the white pompoms remind you of snowballs? It fits right in with winter and Christmas.

St. Nicholas Boot

Well, its purpose is pretty obvious. At the very least, sweets belong in it. But who wants those in their street shoes? A colorful St. Nicholas boot like this, in your favorite colors, looks much better and is more decorative, too. Later you can also use it as Christmas decor.

Christmas is getting closer and closer, and St. Nicholas Day is also just around the corner.

If you’d like to surprise someone with a gift on that day and need suitable packaging for it, you might really like this pretty St. Nicholas boot.

The elegant boot is made from photo cardstock and measures approx. 17.5 x 22.5 x 8 cm. With a little crafting experience, it is very easy to make.

Fredo the Christmas Sack is perfect for larger Christmas gifts.
You can fill him up or simply place him in front of the door, which he will then hold open. :)

Here’s an idea for wrapping gifts for Christmas or any other time of year:

Use a kitchen towel, bath towel, or shower towel… that’s embroidered… 😊

To store St. Nicholas gifts, some kind of footwear is absolutely essential. Whether it’s a sock, a stocking, or a boot is decided differently from place to place and from home to home.

Sometimes the containers even look completely identical and are just called different things. It’s not that important anyway – it’s what’s inside that counts!

These St. Nicholas boots hold quite a lot, because each one is approx. 28 x 39 cm! The boot is sewn from thin felt and decorated with felt scraps. It’s very easy for sewing beginners with basic knowledge to make.

Advent calendar for fashionistas - these cute little bags are perfect for lovingly packaging small gifts or vouchers. The packaging itself becomes a gift.

These pretty little wing bags with mouse passengers are quick to make, too. The pattern is written for two mirrored wings, so the front and back of the bags look the same. Wonderful for small gifts.

What’s a must-have for St. Nicholas Day?
That’s right—a St. Nicholas boot.

Meriyasu has room for treats and other little gifts for St. Nicholas Day.

The boot is knitted with a set of double-pointed needles.
The letters are embroidered.

The PDF file consists of 4 pages, including abbreviations, and is suitable for advanced knitters.
